Tag Deal operated by Ace Lloyd ltd registered in the Republic of Ireland continue to contravene trading standards. An online purchase on 2 Jan 2024 was never delivered, blatant misinformation followed regarding status and they now refuse to refund claiming they have issues with there ‘payment gateway’ as at 29 March 2024.
Do not use this retailer, they need to be closed down- work in progress.

Shocking company and wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have been told 5 times now my order will be delivered next week. I have requested a refund 3 times and receive the same standard message that they will deliver however don’t hold any hope.

I ordered x2 items from this company at the beginning of December for Christmas presents, they arrived at the end of January but they were not the items I ordered so I returned them as they were also too late, I also used the recorded delivery method so I actually know they have been returned successfully. As of yet I have not had a refund and the company are saying there is a problem with their payment gateway so cannot return my money. This company is not trust worthy and I will be taking this further.

Awful company

I ordered my son some boxer shorts in December as a Christmas present. I am still waiting. I had an email February saying the goods were due to be delivered by Yodel. Still waiting!!! Company say goods were delivered and they would get a POD still waiting. I have contacted Yodel who are unable to help me without a reference number something the company have said they can’t find. Refund has not been offered I have now got Trading Standards involved.

SCAM WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY from this website, bought a Aramani T-Shirt in December. We are now in March and I have still not received it.
No item, no refund.

After countless emails chasing when it will be delivered, they finally told me today that I will not be receiving the T-shirt or be getting a refund.

ZERO STARS…Shocking company. Ordered some Calvin klein shorts for my daughter in early November 2023. Meant to be a Christmas present but didn’t arrive. Emailed customer services to be told they would arrive soon. In early February’24 still no delivery so I emailed again and requested a refund to be told this would go to their finance department to be arranged. I emailed yesterday - 21st March to ask where my refund was. I have received an email today stating there is an issue with their payment gateway so I can have credit instead to order again. I have asked them to sort a refund as I never will order from them again. ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

I am pleased with the experience I had with them.

truly awful company, ridiculously long lead times that they then fail to meet, customer service telephone number out of service, no-one responds to emails, seriously, don't buy anything from this company

Would give 0 stars ordered a tshirt in November no email was sent but luckily I took photo with confirmation no t shirt was not sent cancelled the order and asked for money back told me I can not have it back I could order something else joke still fighting to get money back don't buy from this company

I hope you're reading this before you've parted with your hard earned money, unlike myself.
I ordered a Ralph Lauren polo shirt in early December. No order confirmation was sent. I called and e mailed to cancel because it wouldnt arrive jn time for Christmas and was told not possible as it was in transit. It arrived four weeks later. I returned it for a refund and they refused saying they hadn't received it, and I should claim from Royal Mail. This outfit do not comply with distance selling laws and nobody should buy from them. I've finally received my money back having contacted my bank. I suggest based on mine and others experience that any positive review on this bunch are fake.

they rip you off and don't sent goods. they are not UK based cheap knock off gear which is shipped to England and you will not get your money back .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! My partner ordered me a purse on the 6th of December, they have said it's been shipped, that was 2 months ago, still no purse. I am surprised they are still able to continue selling. Someone needs to put a stop to them!!

I received my item too late for the present I bought it for as it took so long to arrive I then asked for a refund label and eventually received one and sent it back in January, I didn’t receive my refund so contacted them and they say they can not find it in their warehouse and I don’t have my receipt as I threw it away when I had seen it was delivered by post office so I now £40 out of pocket, I have even acknowledged I should have kept my receipt even though it had been delivered and asked them if they would be willing to accept a half refund as a good will gesture! I will NEVER use them again

Would put 0 stars my sister ordered a hoodie for my Xmas present wasn't expecting to get it by Xmas but on the 2nd of March still no hoodie will mot be using again trying to get the money back. This company is a bit con DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Rating is no stars but it wouldn’t let me! I ordered boxers for Christmas presents. No mention of them being out of stock. Nothing arriced. Contacted customer service. Offered me replacement. Didn’t want that. Refund please. Still waiting. Two months later. Apparently there’s a payment gateway problem! There was no gateway problem when they took my money and no digital problems when they send me countless emails about more fake deals
