Complete scammers. Do not touch them with barge pole.

I have been chasing them for a refund for 9 months now and still nothing.

Next step is trading standards but I'm not sure they can help with Company based in Ireland.

Absolute scam of a company. I ordered pans in December, still have not arrived despite me chasing numerous times.
I have been told that I will get a refund but STILL no money - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - PLEASE PLEASE

Do not under any circumstances use this company, they take your money and then don’t send goods or a refund 🤬

Awful company Lucky enough I paid with credit card so got my money back then they had the audacity to say that the Calvin Klein underwear had been delivered but that was a lie I received nothing my advice is go elsewhere and save yourself the aggro - I would give minus 1 star if I could

I order a gift for a family members birthday on the 15.04.24, still not received it.
Tried to contact numerous times but nothing.
I have managed to email them twice and each time I have been told items will be sent next week.
We are now in the 4th week and still nothing even though original order stated 10-14 days.

Do not buy anything from them The end of story!

Asking me to pay for return shipping when you have not even sent the correct items.
I would totally avoid this site. Have removed myself from their mailing list.

I ordered a box of t-shirts in August 2023, it was confirmed via TAG Support and the delivery firm that was delivered to wrong address - despite countless emails (ever since including up to the present day) no progress, no replacement package, no refund (despite me asking multiple times), have asked for complaints procedure no response - by far the worst experience I have had with any delivery from any company - I would seriously suggest people think carefully before ordering anything from TAG Deal

Would give less than one star if possible, DO NOT USE. Three months on, no goods and no refund. Promises but nothing happens. Crooks

Ordered about a month ago and no contact or goods since. I’ve used the online contact form & sent an email - no reply.
Clearly a scam but not ordering from a known company i did use credit card so guess ill be contacting them.

Ordered 2 packs of 3 pairs of pants, only received one. They said 2 were sent in the same package. I proved to them it was only big enough for one pack. After many weeks arguing I was offered store credit for 15 euros. I declined pending a full one pack refund. It was being escalated to management level but despite numerous reminders they are now ghosting me. I contacted my card provider and got the refund I was entitled to. They can challenge it and claw the money back and I'd love them to do that so I can expose them through the legal system as to the type of outfit they really are but I suspect I won't hear anymore

Do not use this company go elsewhere Terrible terrible service frustrating that you cannot get any response. Ordered underwear for a Valentine present and still waiting for them 15/04/2024 to arrive. Tried to cancel order unsuccessfully. I would never use this site dreading ( if they ever do turn up ) they will be dreadful quality after reading other reviews. DO NOT USE #TAGDEAL dodgy website

I ordered my son some boxer shorts in December 2023 as part of a Christmas present. I am still waiting. Still waiting!!!
After numerous emails to their support team asking for a refund, I was told that their payment gateway wasn't working and that I could have a credit note! Why would I want to go through the same ordeal? I would serious question if this company is to be every trusted.
I have now got Trading Standards involved as they shouldn't be allowed to get away with such dreadful service as well as huge non delivery issues - based on other reviews

I was waiting 5 weeks for it and contact them 10 times and trying get my money get back
When I get the parcel was half what I paid for
Quality is better in primark or tesco

Ordered was placed in December and arrived 2 month late. As it arrived late this order was no longer required. Return sent back in February and tracked delivery and it’s arrived however store denying that the return has been made.

I have sent many emails and they keep fobbing me off saying refund on its way. Please do not buy from them.

Please don't use this company! Ordered an item on December 14th, has not arrived and refusing to refund my money, after many emails have come back with an offer of credit! Why on earth would I want credit for a store that never sends it's items!! Still chasing. This is a fake and fraudulent company
