2 months for the item to arrive bad quality been trying a month to return it no response Klarna trying to take payment

After four emails asking where my order is and after two months !!! I asked again and to be told if order isn’t shipped next week I’ll get a refund !! What !! Do they don’t know where the order is and obviously using a third party and arghhhhhhh useless company will never use again

I ordered a pack of tee shirts approx 6 weeks ago not realising that this is probably a Chinese company. Notwithstanding a query to them 4 weeks ago where I was assured that the items were to be despatched the following week, nothing has arrived. Definitely avoid!!

It took a whole month to receive my order. Poor communications from the company. Just don't bother trying to save a few quid with these people. Shop elsewhere. You pay for what you get.

I ordered on the 12.6.24, then checked trustpilot. Saw all the reviews and immediately emailed the company instructing them to cancel the order. I also reported this to my bank who couldnt do anything until the payment is processed but the advised to create an email trail of correspondence with the company. Item was received. Obviously ignored by emails. Trying to return. Have emailed the company but wont hold my breadth. The returns process does not specifiy return address.

Scam company dont buy from them ,Orderd goods 28th May Still no goods emails not answered I want my money back OK . Or must we go small claims to resolve this

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have ordered items from TAG and they keep sending emails to say they are in transit. I placed the order the 9th June 2024, the web site said 10/14 days, I am still waiting for an answer as to were the items are. I did get a few emails promising me they are on the way but now the emails have stopped and there is no contact number to call.

Sent wrong size XL instead of M now won’t send postage paid label so I can return the item. Very poor customer service avoiding consumer laws say the item isn’t faulty so I have to cover cost of return, item not as described not fit for purpose as can’t wear it’s like a sack. Wish I had read reviews before buying

Ordered some T-shirts 2 months ago and they never arrived, been promised a refund over 1 month ago and they still haven’t refunded me. Avoid this company!!!

Wish I’d read these reviews before buying from them. Still no delivery and no tracking given. Even stuff from China comes quicker than this. Don’t know how to cancel Kalana either so looks like they will get my money for nothing.. steer well clear of these rip off Merchants!!

I wish I had googled this company before ordering from them. After months of emailing and them constantly telling me lies I have now had to go to my bank to get my money back. Awful company!

So, I ordered a Hugo Boss jumper on 19th Dec 2023. My understanding was it would be here by Xmas. The payment pended in my account. When it didn't arrive I contacted company. There appears to be no contact details apart from a submit a message section on their website. I submitted message asking for order to be cancelled. I received no reply.
Last Thursday, they deducted the money from my account !! 6 months later, with no communication and no delivery of jumper. I've submitted another message and yet again no reply. It's daylight robbery. I've been on to my bank and await their findings.
STAY CLEAR of this mob

Fraudulent company. They take your money and do not deliver the items ordered because there is no stock.

They operate outside the UK and contravene our trading regulations.

Impossible to contact by phone.
Luckily I was totally refunded by my bank, do yourselves a favour and by pass these crooks..

Nowhere on emails or web site to unsubscribe to emails. Emails requesting unsubscribe are ignored. If you sign up you will be bombarded with emails of 'offers' - extremely annoying! You can try and block but they seem to subtly change their email address. AVOID.

Ordered something for my daughter's birthday in February and am still waiting. No reply to any messages on the website. Really wish that I had read the reviews before I ordered.

Just received an email from tagdeal saying I owe £84 from an order which I cancelled on Dec.14 last year, it's with klarna, how do I stop them taking the money 😫.

I never received the item i bought and paid for including postage
All i got where excuses and i had to contact my bank to cancel the transaction and refund d me .
I am so disappointed!!
This was a gift for my sons birthday

Wish I could leave less than one star. Item never arrived even tho emails say coming next week. This company should be shut down with the amount of bad reviews. SCAMMERS
