The Perfect Picture
I received my order on the day it was promised. It was packaged well so as not to get damaged in shipping. I immediately took it out of the box and hung it on the wall over my sofa. It looks beautiful. The picture of it on line did not do it justice. This picture is beautiful. It adds a calming affect to the whole room.

Quickly rectified the problem
We made a good sized order of wall art. 2 items ended up with the wrong color frames, but when I told them about the mistake they quickly sent out new items with the right color frames and told me to keep the wrong ones. Very happy with them.

I love all of the art. I remodeled my bedroom and picked the heart full of roses. I did my room in blush and beige and white so this picture above my bed just was the finishing touch.
I also ordered the white flower with navy blue background to put in my Living room above my TV. I have already received many compliments on both pictures.
Shipping was shorter than I expected and both pictures were packed so well. I'm sure I will be purchasing other pictures from your website.

I had a piece artwork delivered and it damaged. I called customer service to get another piece of artwork. They credited the money and sent me another piece and told me to keep the original piece. Great artwork and spectacular customer service

There was an issue with the canvas I ordered and received, and Aaron immediately addressed it and after proving pictures and details I was sent a replacement. Love the canvas and customer service was amazing. Will definitely order another canvas soon!

Poor customer service
My print (size 24x 48) arrived SEVERELY damaged. I understand that can be the carrier's fault and not the seller. My complaint is with the seller because of how hard they made it for me to request a replacement. I contacted them on 4/9 to report the damaged delivery. They responded 4/10 and requested that I send 4 very specific photos. I did so the same day. No response. I emailed again 4/14. No response. I emailed again 4/15 and attached the photos a second time. I received a response 4/16, this time asking me to fill out a form and send a 5th, different photo. I responded same day with what was requested. It has been a week, I had to send 5 emails and 5 photos, and fill out a form, and I still do not know if I will get a replacement. Very, very poor customer service.
