Great waves on a flat canvas!
This company was great at communicating. My canvas shipped promptly and was packaged well, so no damage! Once I opened it up, it was amazing! It is very different, and being an artist myself, I appreciate the final product. I have not hung it up yet since it is for our condo, which is still damaged from Hurricane Milton, but in another month I will! I had it sitting out there while a window treatment company was there measuring, and they were in awe of the relaxing vibe and the 3D feel, even though it is a flat canvas! I also appreciate the limited run, so it will not be everywhere!

Extremely difficult to cancel an order
Extremely difficult to cancel an order. I've been emailing multiple times a day for 3 days straight requesting a cancellation but their response is always to offer me a partial refund to keep the items. The items haven't shipped yet nor do I want a partial refund. Would not buy from this company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
I understand that you have repeatedly requested a cancellation and that a partial refund offer does not address your concern. I’m sorry that your request has not been resolved as you expected.
I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We completely understand your concern, especially since you contacted us shortly after placing your order to request the cancellation. That is certainly not the experience we want you to have.
The 1–3 business day timeframe applies once the refund has been processed, and the time it takes for the funds to appear may also depend on your original payment provider.
Your refund has now been forwarded to our Finance Team for processing. Once the refund has been completed, you will receive a confirmation notification via email.
Thank you for your understanding and patience while we work to resolve this for you.

Warning, look elsewhere!
Took forever. Had to follow up again and again for them to ship 2 of the 3 pictures. The first arrived in few days. The got lost in their system and only after writing them 4 times were they able to finally reorder it (I received an automated email a month after my original purchase email that I had “successfully made a purchase”) They spammed me the entire time through that month before I had even recieved my complete order. Finally, the other two arrived, and one is complete garbage. It is clearly an extremely low resolution image which was upscaled by someone who doesn’t know how to upscale an image properly…but they probably shouldn’t be using low quality images in the first place to sell “premium”, or at least priced that way, products. It wasn't a custom job either. Finally, but not least, the canvas that came of this extremely low resolution and image, wasn’t stretched or shipped properly - it was in the same box as the smaller canvas so the larger canvas has a permanent crease in it where the other canvas was on it from the shipping. I can not recommend them at all. You would he wise to save your money and go with another company because this is garbage and a headache to boot.

Absolutely disgraceful company
Absolutely disgraceful company. ZERO stars! Still waiting for a canvas that never arrived, and after 10 calls and emails, I STILL can’t get a response about returning another one. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their lack of professionalism is pathetic. They’re quick to take your money but nowhere to be found when there’s a problem. Save your money and avoid this disaster of a company at all costs!
