Warning, look elsewhere!
Took forever. Had to follow up again and again for them to ship 2 of the 3 pictures. The first arrived in few days. The got lost in their system and only after writing them 4 times were they able to finally reorder it (I received an automated email a month after my original purchase email that I had “successfully made a purchase”) They spammed me the entire time through that month before I had even recieved my complete order. Finally, the other two arrived, and one is complete garbage. It is clearly an extremely low resolution image which was upscaled by someone who doesn’t know how to upscale an image properly…but they probably shouldn’t be using low quality images in the first place to sell “premium”, or at least priced that way, products. It wasn't a custom job either. Finally, but not least, the canvas that came of this extremely low resolution and image, wasn’t stretched or shipped properly - it was in the same box as the smaller canvas so the larger canvas has a permanent crease in it where the other canvas was on it from the shipping. I can not recommend them at all. You would he wise to save your money and go with another company because this is garbage and a headache to boot.

Absolutely disgraceful company
Absolutely disgraceful company. ZERO stars! Still waiting for a canvas that never arrived, and after 10 calls and emails, I STILL can’t get a response about returning another one. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their lack of professionalism is pathetic. They’re quick to take your money but nowhere to be found when there’s a problem. Save your money and avoid this disaster of a company at all costs!

I wanted to provide an update to my previous review of Tailored Canvases. After several attempts to resolve my concerns regarding the quality of my order and the company's initial refusal to issue a refund, I am pleased to report that I have now received my refund.
Although the process was frustrating and required more effort than I anticipated, I appreciate that the company ultimately resolved the matter.
I believe it's important to share both the negative and positive aspects of a customer experience. While I was disappointed with the product quality and initial customer service response, I am grateful that the company honored my request for a refund.

★☆☆☆☆ — Extremely Disappointed with Product Quality and Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Tailored Canvases. I purchased a picture costing over $200 (Order #523430), which I received on September 4, 2026. From the moment I opened it, I was dissatisfied with the poor quality of the finished product.
I contacted the company immediately on September 4 to express my concerns and request a refund. It is now October 8, 2026, and despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter, Tailored Canvases continues to refuse to refund my money, citing its refund policy.
I do not believe customers should be expected to accept and pay over $200 for a product that does not meet reasonable quality expectations. I have made it clear that I do not want a replacement and am willing to return the picture.
What is most disappointing is the lack of a satisfactory resolution after more than a month of communication. I expected better quality, accountability, and customer service.
I am sharing my experience so other potential customers can make an informed decision before purchasing from this company.
I would not recommend Tailored Canvases based on my experience, and I am still requesting a full refund.

I tried to order the beautiful moon over the ocean canvas, but instead of the $132.00 advertised price, the checkout price was listed as over $400.00. It that an actual bait and switch? I did not place the order.

Please note that the price of the canvas varies depending on the size selected. The advertised $132.00 price is for the 48x24 canvas, with the applicable discount already applied.
The price you saw at over $400.00 corresponds to the largest 60x30 canvas size, and that price was shown without a discount applied.
It may be that a different canvas size was selected during checkout. I recommend double-checking the size selected before completing your order, as the price will change accordingly.
I apologize for any confusion, and I understand how the price difference could be concerning. This is not a bait-and-switch; the difference is due to the canvas size and whether a discount has been applied.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY FOUND HERE!
I previously bought a wonderful piece and the framing was off. So I took pictures and sent it to them and they were so apologetic and sent me a corrected one. I loved that! Their customer service was great so I just ordered a gift for a friend's bar area and he LOVED it! It looks so good over the bar and was very well done! I had no issues but have received a lot of praise for it. I will order again soon! I give this business a 1000 for customer service and then another 1000 for quality and easy of ordering. Full Moon Ocean
My wife and I initially ordered 4 canvases and came back for another due to how much we loved the first four. This one is the 60x30 Full Moon Ocean and it’s our absolute favorite. The image is slightly dark on the right side, but I bought two small spotlights to aim at the canvas and we think it looks great on our wall.
Couldn’t be more pleased and thanks so much for the well packed canvas as well as the quick shipping time.

Don't buy unless you're certain the piece will work for you.
Although the quality of the canvas is excellent, it did not work for my home and I'm in day three of trying to return it, having dealt with 3 different people without success. They have "levels" of support that need to "review" my request. Level 1: take 4 pictures and fill out a questionnaire for "review". Level 2: offer to keep canvas and replace with another choice. (I don't want this.) Level 3: "I'll pass your request on to my manager." This company clearly does not want to honor customers who wish to return their product. I have yet to receive any information about how to do that; my simple request is passed off from one person to another. I feel like I'm on trial. The canvas is still in the original plastic which I never removed. I'd never buy from them again.

The customer service is incredible! the canvas I ordered was smaller than I thought I needed and just wanted to exchange it for a bigger size . They were wonderful about doing that and I have received the larger one and it works great on the wall. Wonderful company!
