I fell in love with the Lunar surf picture. Very, very nice.
The service is very good. I was kept informed throughout the process of getting my beautiful picture from their warehouse to hanging on my wall. And it is stunning.
I would highly recommend taking the time to look at what they have that will look great hanging on your wall. When you find the picture that you NEED on your wall, they will help you every step of the way.

Great customer service was top priority…
Great customer service was top priority for me. They have that at Tailored Canvas. Their products are amazing and they stand behind them. They offer free returns on most of their products, so it’s a win win if you’re not completely satisfied. I have personally bought 3 different pieces from them and am looking at buying a 4th. Great company, if you’re looking for a sign or a piece of beautiful artwork, this company will more than likely exceed your expectations!

RUN RUN
I changed rating to a 1 from 2 after reading their totally false CANNED response to my review.
Their response deserves a 0 - total falsehoods(lies).
Art print depiction deserves a 4.5. Miracle delivery speeds a 5.99. Communication practices a big 0. Overall business experience deserves a 1 if not less. Ordered a 24 x 48 art print Sep. 29 and was delivered 10/3. Supposedly, prints are only made to order, not off the shelf, so they don't stock them. Supposedly it takes days' worth of setup and production depending on the number of inks required, etc. Buyer is supposed to get to review their finished production..that didn't happen. No communication at all after the order was placed. However, a miracle happened to me... from the time my order was placed, to the art print creation, to shipping, to delivery from I think, possibly in Fla., to Illinois in breakneck miracle time.
Big problems (at least to me):
No automated order verification email received. Amazon, ebay, and every other seller on the internet sends one usually in seconds... so I didn't even know if they received my order. I didn't know the order # for tracking or for any reference when I emailed their Customer Support Sep. 30 requesting an order verification and the order number. NO RESPONSE from their Customer Support. No courtesy shipped email received, even though I couldn't track it anyway without my order #. Order was delivered 10/3. (Could it possibly have been in stock and snatched off the shelf rather than made to order?) No follow up email was sent to me to tell me that it was delivered. Fortunately, I was home to get it off my front porch and out of the wind and weather and before a theft. Couldn't find a business phone number on their site. I couldn't even find the city they are located on their site. They evidently don't want you to call their Customer Support. No place on their site to leave reviews. Those are terrible business practices in my book. Just a terrible experience for me! My absolute last purchase from Tailored Canvases.
The response below from Tailored Canvases on my original review was the same canned response I received from another review of a print I ordered which they handled the same way as this order. I didn't get to review the design as stated in their response and they never contacted my email as stated in their response. Again, nothing is true about anything on their site or their response...terribly disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for providing details about your order. We’re glad to hear that your 24x48 art print arrived quickly and that you were pleased with the artwork itself.
Regarding the order communication, I’d like to clarify that your order confirmation and shipping/tracking details were sent directly to the email address used when the order was placed: dmarshal50@hotmail.com. These emails contain your order information and tracking details so you can follow your shipment.
That said, I understand how important it is to have clear and timely updates throughout the ordering and delivery process. I’m sorry if you were unable to locate or receive those messages when you expected them. We recommend checking your spam, junk, or promotions folders as automated emails can sometimes be filtered there.
We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve the customer experience and make our communication clearer and more consistent.
Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
