We are on a waiting list for our puppy who has yet to be born. The service we have experienced from Tailwise to date has been excellent. Any questions we have had have always been answered promptly and have been most helpful. We look forward to keeping in touch up until we have our puppy.

Tailwise provided a great service, it took the stress out of finding a genuine breeder, with no fear of being scammed. We found the perfect puppy from a lovely breeder and has given us great support.

We were put in touch by Tailwise with a lovely litter of puppies and were introduced to the breeder. A lovely family who really wanted the best homes for the puppies. We kept in contact and watched via zoom calls and emails as the puppies grew and developed. Once we visited the puppies we fell in love with one of the boys. A difficult decision but we are very excited and looking to collection day soon.

Tailwise really took the stress of finding a good breeder away! The process was a lot more pleasant knowing that the breeders had already been vetted and we weren't going to be unknowingly buying from a puppy farm/illegitimate puppy seller. The initial consultation before being matched with the breeder was also very reassuring that they really do care about the dogs and potential owners also being legitimate and prepared. The whole process went very smoothly and they were very good on catching up with us and keeping us informed throughout.

We are very grateful to them for matching us with a wonderful breeder who really does care greatly about their dogs and puppies! We adore our new companion and couldn't be happier!

Really useful service. Biggest issue we found when starting our search was not knowing if the puppy we'd get would be from a puppy farm. When we found tailwise, and saw their mission statement, it seemed like the perfect fit. Sure enough its a very straightforward process, easy to follow, and they take the hard work out of it. Took a bit longer than we wanted but as we were quite specific can't put any blame on them. All in all would, and have, recommend to anyone I know looking for a puppy!

As a breeder of Miniature Poodles and our little lurchers, I am so pleased that we finally have a platform to promote our puppies. I have always believed that if new owners only ever purchased from responsible breeders, there would be far less dogs in rescue and fewer heartbroken owners. I think that the careful screening of breeders by Tailwise is excellent - it will stop bad breeders from being able to advertise litters, and allow potential new owners to purchase well bred puppies.

Really pleased with the puppy we found. I wanted to find a puppy that came from a good home and responsible ethical breeder and that is exactly what I found. When I met the breeder she confirmed that the vetting process Tailwise conducted was very thorough and I was over the moon when I met our puppy, who was happy, adorable and 100% well looked after. The breeder was so conscientious and had brought the pups up with all the love, care and attention anyone could wish for. Tailwise lived up to my expectations and it is worth going through a company like them to ensure your pup is coming from a good home, who have carried out all the necessary checks on the parent dogs and who look after the pups properly, ensuring they have had the best start before they go on to their forever home. Would recommend.

After an extensive search for a puppy online l found Tailwise who have been very helpful, informative, and kind. Puppy Farms and disreputable breeders are still out there. After a detailed but relaxed video interview l was introduced to a very good breeder with 20 years of knowledge and experience. My puppy is healthy, happy, and confident. I would say my entire Tailwise experience has been lovely from start to finish and it was shorter than I expected as well. I signed up in March and was contacted for a puppy in early May for induction.

My interview with Beverly was very thorough and informative on May 14th and I was approved by the breeder Louise the same day of my induction interview. I was leaning towards a couple other breeds but Beverly was very instrumental in my selection of a Cockapoo. Her advice at the time was to pick a breed that would be more suitable to my lifestyle and work commitments.

It was the best advice given as Kairo has adapted pretty easily to both. Louise has done a fantastic job with early days training of the litter and I’m very grateful to have a healthy and well socialized pup. I felt really safe and supported by Tailwise and the breeder Louise throughout this experience and would recommend anyone to come to Tailwise.

Excellent experience from Day 1, I breed 1 litter a year and was looking for the best place to advertise my pups. Couldn't have asked for a better platform to show them off on! They let you add in lots of info on you, your dogs, your litters etc. No silly word counts or cramming all of your important info into 2000 characters! So far really impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail.

I was really nervous about getting a puppy and didn’t really know where to start looking. I heard an interview with tailwise on the radio and investigated further. They were brilliant. They interviewed our family and we’re really thorough asking lots of questions about our home set up and type of dog we wanted. We were put in touch with several breeders and they persevered with us until we found our perfect pooch. I would 100% recommend using tailwise. It was so good knowing that they had vetted the breeder as well as us. We now have a perfect puppy who is keeping us entertained. Thank you Tailwise. Brilliant organisation.

We were nervous about how and where to start our puppy journey, tailwise took all that away from us.
It's so reassuring to know we have been matched with a vetted breeder and our puppy is coming from a loving home where both parents are health checked, well kept and most importantly for us the dogs are loved like one of the family. We can't wait to bring him home now.

Almost as soon as we had our interview with Tailwise we were matched with a breeder. We went on to purchase a puppy from the breeder and so far all is going well. My only criticism is that I have already been invoiced for the fee and the puppy is less than two weeks old and we don't collect the puppy until mid October. Seems a bit hasty. Having said that I have nothing but praise for the organisation. I firmly believe that their ethics are spot on. The way they communicate everything is excellent (with the exception of the invoice). This is the way to find your perfect puppy.

As a long-standing KCAB breeder with a 5 star licence, I'm thrilled to be part of Tailwise. Buying a properly bred puppy these days is a minefield, with awful puppy farmers and ignorant, greedy people popping up at every step; however it's just as tricky for breeders to be absolutely sure that their prospective new owners are 100%, and that's where Tailwise really does sort out the wheat from the chaff on both sides. I've really appreciated the grilling that Tailwise puts their owners through before contacting us, and conversely the owners can be sure that we, the breeders, have been similarly grilled and have passed the test! What is there not to love! The whole process has been designed for happy puppies, owners and breeders and it's a wonderful organisation that deserves huge success. Well done, Tailwise!

We have been "hobby" breeders since 2008 and were apprehensive of putting pups on the traditional websites due to fraud and thefts. This was an ideal platform for us. We were impressed with the thoroughness of the interview and our puppy parents were also impressed.

As a breeder finding only the very best homes for my litters is as much of a priority as health testing and early training and socialisation. Tailwise helps by sorting through potential puppy parents so only the right people get matched. Breeders still have total control over the application and selection process. I hate the time wasters on places like pets4homes. The service Tailwise offers sorts the wheat from the chaff. A brilliant service. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience with Tailwise, they were really responsive and helpful on our journey. We tried other routes but it just felt like an absolute minefield and we were really worried about where we'd be getting a puppy from. We had an extensive interview that made us feel secure knowing they'd do the same to the Breeders. We matched with a lovely family who gave us daily pupdates and finally got our puppy on Sunday! We've already recommended Tailwise to everyone we know!!

We registered with Tailwise, had our Zoom Induction and within an hour had been matched with a Breeder.
We went to the Breeder the following day and are now awaiting picking our new puppy up in a weeks time.

Patience pays off with Tailwise, as first time dog owners it felt like such a minefield trying to find a puppy. I was so scared of inadvertently buying from a puppy farm or being ripped off, But we waited, put our faith in Tailwise and it paid off. Everyone we dealt with at Tailwise has been so friendly, patient and efficient and you could tell have the puppies best interests at heart. We were matched with the most wonderful breeder and are picking up our little girl in two weeks. We are all so excited and I know we are getting a loved puppy that has been given the best possible start in life and will definitely be staying in touch with our lovely breeder for years to come!
