With the changes that Biscuit introduced from 1st July 2026, this app is not worth the space it takes up on my phone so deleting it.
You used to be able to earn points to exchange for high street vouchers and the points didn’t expire. Now you can only earn points for a month then you lose them if not redeemed. Vouchers are no longer available, just taste card and coffee shop discounts plus competition entries.
My recommendation is to find an alternative.

Used to be a great app now with the change in July 2026 not more earning points for your walks which you can save up to redeem with vouchers, now its either discounts for food or you have to enter a give away which is more like gambling. Not going to use it anymore

Why have you changed your app Biscuit
Why have you changed your app Biscuit, once I could enjoy walking my dog and get a nice shopping gift card every 6 months or so. Now I walk and all I can get is a few competition entries, not worth it, Biscuit app DELETE!!!

I can easily track my dog walking else where, have no idea about how to claim rewards & it seems you have to give your dogs microchip number to claim, Why? There’s no way I’m giving that out

Very poor signed up the app for a year…
Very poor signed up the app for a year walking towards getting vouchers for Tesco etc & now it's completely changed to getting discounts on things I won't use! Absolutely pointless now & I will be cancelling my subscription with immediate effect! VERY POOR!

Deleting the app
Why have you done this biscuit? Before in their hay day, you could earn vouchers every two weeks for consistently tracking walks with your pet. Then a year ago, they got greedy and required a paid subscription to only be able to get a voucher once a month with the amount of biscuits you needed to build up before claiming. NOW even with a PAID subscription, tracking every walk doesn’t even GUARANTEE a voucher - just a stupid prize draw. Officially deleted the app and never looking back. All my friends have done the same! What a waste of time.

Scammers
Biscuit changed the app completely with zero warning. Those paying for membership had all of their benefits cancelled overnight & some lost hundreds of pounds worth of hard earned saved up points that they should have been able to exchange for vouchers. Do not use this app! Scammers & con artists. Many of us have used this app for years happily only to have membership fees taken from us & our earnings terminated. Scumbags. App deleted, membership cancelled, membership fee will be refunded.

Loved this app and found myself walking more with my dog, I saved my biscuits up to buy M&S vouchers for Christmas, sadly there is no incentive to use the app now, I will be cancelling my subscription

Big changes have ruined this app
This used to be a great app for earning biscuits (rewards) that you could exchange for vouchers as an incentive to walk your dog. Since the changes made on 1st July, you now earn biscuits to enter competitions or get a discount card for coffee or food instead.
I pay a subscription for this app, and I think it’s a real shame the whole concept has changed. Who wants to enter a competition or get a discount card instead of an actual voucher? It’s a poor way to encourage dog walking, and it feels like far worse value for money when you’re still paying the same subscription for a much weaker reward.
I’d like to see the voucher system brought back — as it stands, I can’t justify the subscription cost

Sadly it’s rubbish now
Sadly it’s rubbish now. The incentive of getting a voucher now and again was a good motivator to track walks- but now you can’t even do that, it’s just enter a completion which unlikely to ever win or get a discount on something random I’d never buy or a coffee which I don’t drink. Poor show Biscuit. 😔

They cancelled all the benefits part way through my subscription, so I cancelled, deleted the app & had to get back to google to get my subscription back. Not worth using any more

Was such a great app
Was such a great app, always used this for fun walks with the dog but now only discounted coffee shop and tastecard rewards. Been a plus member for ages and enjoyed this app but sadly has gone downhill big time. Think you will lose a lot of people now, such a shame…
In Cornwall the offers that are currently on it are not even useable due to our location, but very good for walkies!

Was brilliant not now
Was brilliant not now! Used to joke our dog could pay his way by earning vouchers towards groceries. The changes have ruined it for us. We live in Cornwall miles from any of the cafes, not that we're coffee shop kind of people and the competition entries just makes for jeopardy which I can well do without in my life. So sad!

GOODBYE BISCUIT
I used to love this app. Very encouraging to walk the dog. And by having the waggle dog insurance I used to get extra points. I used to get a £10 voucher store which would help with the cost of the dog insurance. NOW i will have to cancel the insurance as i can not see the point of this app? I’m not really a coffee drinker. we are both retired so don’t go out for meals very often. We have a motorhome so don’t use air B&B. And I certainly don’t enter competitions which they say is free? but i probably have walked 10 miles to enter.
I really can’t see why the owners of this app are running it into the ground.

Oh Dear Biscuit...
Have been an active Plus Subscriber for years, was a really good app to track and maintain dog walks, good incentives and good rewards. However after the July 1st update all value has gone, no longer able to redeem against vouchers instead a useless TasteCard or CoffeeClub Card that almost every other App subscription includes now, plus to add insult to injury 2000 saved biscuits redeemed as a £9 voucher (that most places require £10 minumum)
Cancelled my Plus Subscription and won't be renewing

We used to love this app
We used to love this app. I let all my friends and family know about it, the rewards and features of the app were amazing. Slowly they started adding changes, then recently they gave 2days notice and drastically changed the great privileges we paid for. I have now cancelled the app after years of loyal custom.

Change of direction has ruined the app…
Change of direction has ruined the app ans experience.
Same as many others, ability to earn decent vouchers have gone, now only a option to enter competitions (didn't do this originally so why would I now) also coffee club and taste card if you are paid VIP offering discounts so have to pay for the app, get awful offers rather than decent vouchers as before.
Also, they have silenced users on Facebook by deleting posts, comments and turning comments off on new posts. Google play has rating has gone massively down too.
They have even stopped replying here with their generic responses so probably just ignoring it all.
App will be dead soon if they dont swiftly act and reverse this last update.
