Booked a scrap car collection via phone, lady I spoke to was really helpful and accommodating of time/location of pickup. Man who collected was on time, sorted straight away. Money in account within 3 hours of collection, made it all really stress free.

The whole process from getting the quote for my car to the follow up phonecall and then the collection itself was all done very smoothly and efficiently. The collection driver was particularly friendly and very helpful in guiding me through the DVLA online transferral of ownership. My money went through to my account on the day of collection too. Great service and would recommend to others without hesitation.

I cannot fault this company. After a lengthy chat on phone and me not sure where it would be best to pick up the car and phone calls from myself changing the address, they did not complain once, in fact the admin lady was brilliant. They offered me the best price of any I had already tried. I was called by the driver an hour before his arrival. I was paid the following morning around 10am and it was automatic. I didn't have to phone them, it just arrived in my bank account. So great service, no complaints. Thank yoiu.

I received a quote online which was later increased. I called the company to arrange a pick up day and time which was then moved to an earlier one, the loader came at 08.30 as stated and 12 minutes later my car had gone. The funds were in my account by 1.30 pm that afternoon. Very efficient and helpful service. Just waiting on DVLA now to refund the tax.

Rang up about scrapping my car & got an instant quote, within 2 hours he collected the car and payment was in the very next morning! Would happily deal with them again

Got quote online car picked up no problem. No paperwork given. Next day no funds received, apparently they couldn't see number on v5. Once I sorted that I asked for payment. The lady that does the payments has gone home wait till first thing n morning it will be in your bank. First thing this morning no payment yet again. Called them up yes it will be done this morning. Now reaching end of the morning still jonpayment. People scrap their car because they need the money. 3 days now still no payment. Avoid and go to a scrap yard that pays cash on collection as these people mess you about with payments. As you can see by the response the type of people they are!
