Although they only had one driver on the day, they put it out to a contractor and my car was picked up when needed. The money was in my account quickly. The service and courtesy far outstripped that shown by the company that my car was collected from.

I used Take my car away in fairly extreme and unusual circumstances, and the service I received from them was absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly helpful, definitely going above and beyond what they were in any way obliged to do, and extremely professional. It’s very unusual these days to receive such personalised service - I wholeheartedly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again myself.

At the time of my car pick up, I had just come out of hospital, the driver was extremely helpful and just took the keys and loaded the car without bothering me. The process is so easy and efficient, collection arranged for while I was at work with everything taken care of with no fuss. Quote was pretty much instant one details completed. On the day of collection they had a staff shortage but contacted me to explain the situation and that the car would be collected slightly later than originally arranged for. Car was collected before I returned home from work which was the result I was after as it was blocking the drive as I'd moved it closer to the road to make it a bit easier for collection. Have already received email confirmation from the DVLA that it has been transferred to them.

Excellent service, brilliant phone call as im not very good with technology and that stuff. Rang me half hour before collection very prompt and professional, 10 out of 10 and highly recommend these people.
