This is a particularly well run and hassle free service. After the initial online quote, both the lady on the phone and the driver who came to the pick the car up were very polite and professional. The price given was competitive and the payment made very promptly.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. I got an online quote, then was able to add a few extra £s for drop off & alloy wheels etc. As it all seemed 'too simple', I called the office and checked that my understanding of the process was correct. I arranged to drop the vehicle off the next day and the money was in my account in less than 24 hours. Really easy to deal with and really smooth throughout.

Pick up and payment made straight away excellent service

Lady who spoke to me on the phone prior to Pick-up was lovely. Money promptly went into my account the next day. Only downside, gentleman who collected the car was quite blunt and short with me. Also when I said my car wasn’t drivable he grunted. There was no hello, goodbye or smile. I’m hoping he was just having an off day.

Fast service car collected few days after contacting them & money paid into account swiftly. Very pleasant chap came to collect my car as it wasnt driveable. He made it all very smooth process. Thought price paid could have been bit higher but chose to go with local company. Would use again if needed to.
