Great communication, making the process very easy from start to finish

Very friendly and approachable staff and very helpful

Very impressed, at a friends very old house with thick brick walls about mile and half from home. Pressed pendant to test and lady answered and knew exactly where I was. Told me the road and which roads were nearest.

A good idea, but not great for us, apart from the sense device that they have decommissioned. Mum didn't really remember to wear the pendant, so it was expensive for what it was. And difficult to cancel. The AI receptionist experience particularly bad.

Mum first had a Taking Care pendant alarm when she was going food shopping and wanted to feel secure if she had a fall when she was out and about. This device worked very well. As Mum lost her independence she had a wrist alarm instead. This also worked well. Every time she had a fall or a false alarm, the staff were kind and courteous with her, making sure she was okay. The only reason for leaving Taking Care is that Mum needs an in-person service if she falls at home and cannot be reached on the device. I love how Taking Care have a range of alarm wearables giving people choice as to which they need and can afford. Taking Care runs a valuable service providing help to the wearer as well as peace of mind to their loved ones who want them to be independent and safe.

Friendly call staff. Informative

Submitting the required information was extremely complicated. No acknowledgement of receipt was given. I could not download the app. because the system kept throwing out the password without giving me the opportunity to change it. Support in setting the watch up has been abysmal
As things stand I am not using the watch.

Immediate response to test use, of alarm

Very helpful - on spite of my false alarms - but the fall part of the device is too sensitive, though that is why I got it! I set it off lifting the door mat and another time lifting a dog crate! But no complaints from the very helpful operators.

It took me sometime to understand the workings of the watch but with help from customer service & technician I understood more.. Great staff, polite & friendly.

Staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
Set up was straight forward.
Had used a different company who were a nightmare to deal with.

I am very new to having the device. So far so good. It makes me feel more confident out and about knowing help is at hand.
My son is helping to get the key safe fitted so this will mean family and caring medical helpers will be able to get into my house if necessary. 11 August 2026

First of all the engineer was very good I left the planning of where to put the boxes and phone to him and he did an exellent job next I feel a lot more confident knowing that if have a fall help will be on its way every thing has been explained in detail and thank you to all who are involved kind regards John heads

My uncle is wearing his wrist pendant, had another fall last week and as a family we’re reassured that the help is they’re 24/7 when he needs it and we can’t be with him

Good communication on phone both times

I made contact with Taking Care for my Mother. The lady we spoke to was very helpful without being too pushy and answered all my questions in great depth. It was easy, in the end, to start the process to having a wrist pendant and key lock for my Mother, who to begin with was very unsure about using and paying for such a service. I now have peace of mind and happy that we finally made the decision to have this security should my Mother have a fall, especially as I live 60 miles away.

The staff dealing with the queries was very helpful and provided the full information. They were also helpful for setting up the serice .

Swift delivery and set up. It’s now given the family peace of mind that our elderly mum is safer on her own with alarm backup.

I found the person who I spoke to on the phone very helpful. I had not had a personal alarm before, but because I had had a couple of falls my family encouraged me to make enquiries about them. Now it is safely installed on my wrist, I feel confident that I would be helped if I should fall again. Thank you for all your help.
