IT IS A SCAM — DO NOT BUY.

I found that the base image they use is a free stock photo, and that they used NanoBanana to generate the other images. There is no artisan whatsoever. They source the bags for around $5 from PMSI.

When I pointed out that their bags are identical to those from the brand “Sinocultural,” they blocked me on Instagram. They are scammers.

To Tang Heritage: If you dare respond to this message aggressively, claiming that this is an “insult to our artisan Hua Ziyan,” I will respond accordingly and expose this like never before. Please, go ahead.

Bought a handbag, the product is as described on the website. Loved all the extra packaging made to protect the bag during transit. Attention to details, quality, and communication ***** A plus.

There are a lot of scams on the internet. Being a first time customer, i had my doubts. The professionalism demonstrated the difference. i was informed throughout the purchase journey. I got the Tang Red 22 Embroidered Phoenix Crown Backpack. It was exactly as shown in the photos. The embroidery threads were nicely done with perfection and the backpack itself was put together nicely.

I’ve used the bag a couple of times now and I really like it. Although it has an opening at the top, nothing will fall out as long as you place your items in the extra velvet bag included with the purchase.

The backpack itself did not have any odor or smell so compared to other leather bags/backpacks I’ve bought online before.

All in all, although the shipping process was a bit long, I am satisfied with this backpack.

I am absolutely thrilled with this bag — the packaging was elegant, and the bag itself looked so refined. The silk embroidery, the color, and the inner pouch make it a true collector’s piece.It gives a sense of luxury with great craftmanship that I actually ordered my second Tang piece the very next day! The Tang Heritage team was amazing too; their replies were professional, and warm, which made the whole experience even better.

Purchased the Su embroidery ornament. Received in premium and beautiful box. The artwork is amazing and gorgeous. Display in living room, looks luxury and outstanding.

The handbag was even more breathtaking in real life compared to the pictures. The customer service I received was phenomenal.

I was honestly not sure if the shop was real or if the pictures represented anyway close the real products. I was absolutely amazed when I received the bag. It was beyond my expectations! Their communications are fast and clear - better than most American companies with their response. I had initial concerns because we bought two and the second was still being manufactured, so we received the first and waited for the second. My concern was that we wouldn't receive the second.... I sent an email and they promptly responded with an explanation for the delay. It was sent and through customs in a record amount of time to be delivered in time for my wife's birthday. Great product! My wife received so many compliments on the beauty and quality of the bag.

I have bought two Tang Heritage bags. They are beautiful and gorgeous. They are well crafted. The stitching is impeccable as you expect from an artisan craftsmanship. The quality of the material used is evidently high quality. The style of the begs are conservative but at the same time modern enough to carry them anywhere and basically in any occasion. I’m very happy to have found Tang Heritage which comes with its own original and unique line of quality bags. I’m looking forward to have a new bag soon.

The quality of the Tang handbag I received was stunning. And the color was exactly what I hoped for. True craftsmanship throughout. I will order other products for sure. Highly recommend Tang Heritage.

The purse is gorgeous! The quality is top-notch, and it's easy to see a lot of care was given into the making of it. The only thing that wasn't as great was that the twilly it came with had a part where the invisible stitch was coming undone and a hole was opening. I'm going to have to take it somewhere to get it stitched back up, because that's not something I know how to fix.
