Great Customer Service! I had an issue with my local delivery, and SinoCultural provided great assistance. The table mats received are very well done, subtle, unlike the ones you could find on Amazon or Temu. It's much more expensive, but the quality is there.

Love the shape of my pillows!
I had a great experience with Sinocultural. I ordered 2 pillows from them online. Customer service was quick and responsive as I was as concerned about paying tariffs over the already expensive prices of the pillows. Fortunately shipping was quick and I did not have to pay any additional costs. I absolutely love my pillows (especially the shape of them). The downside is that I feel the fabric could have been more luxurious at the prices they were being sold at. (Fabric seems like a printed microfiber/faux velvet.) Overall I am pleased with my experience - just he pillow cushions are supportive and comfy.
