Very nice salesman Ian came round and we discussed the flooring and details very helpful and friendly given quote very happy with, the only thing is if you forgot to mention or he forgot to mention a few things and you contact the store afterwards they tell you that it’s to do with the fitters but surely they communicate with the fitters, that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars otherwise very good

Friendly and helpful staff
The manager (Kaz?) was extremely helpful and friendly. Other staff members weren’t quite on the same level in terms of service and I probably wouldn’t have purchased if Kaz hadn’t been there. Haven’t had carpet fitting yet but in terms of in store experience, the staff were helpful and accommodating.

Went to sort out a piece or rug for our hallway. The staff gent we saw was Graham,,excellent service from Graham who sorted what we wanted and our piece is now in the hands of the weaver that puts the edging all round the rug that will fit our hallway perfectly.

We have just had our whole house…
We have just had our whole house refitted with Tapi carpets and we are delighted with the whole experience from start to finish.
We were looked after by Kenny our salesman on the shop floor, we were allocated a 2 day slot, upstair one day and ground floor the next, also given times to expect delivery and fitting, he also kept us well informed throughout the whole process.
Carpet fitters (Kenny & Martin) arrived promptly on day of fitting, very polite, courteous and very tidy workers, nothing was to much bother to them, they assisted us with moving furniture etc as required, took old carpets and debris away with them.
We would highly recommend the Tapi team to anyone.
