If I could give a no stars I would. These people are scam artists. Not in Tauranga or if they are, they are drop shipping direct from China. The returns policy is fake - they do not honour.
If you’ve been sucked in you’ll need to pursue remedies through your credit card company.

Really upset by this seller. Only received half the order.
The other theoretical parcel is "somewhere". Absolutely not a boutique in Tauranga as I was unable to return items - I tried to return to the "given" address in their returns policy which is not a viable address. The items are not good quality and do not fit or look like the "advertised" garments. :-( Be aware and stay clear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought two pairs of shoes... quality is really bad.
No shop in NZ - all comes from China which is misleading on their website.
Took a while to get here. Communication has been good with them. Thats one good thing
Temu would sell a pair like this for $20NZ , these people charged $75NZ
Just dont buy anything from them - i wish i had checked reviews first. Sending back is just not worth it

I wish I had seen these before ordering from these people. The garment I ordered was nothing like I got.
I kept getting these weird answers to my queries from someone called 'Zoe' each letter from her was signed 'love Zoe" well, I can only assume this was all a scam.
I sent the garment back to Tauranga Boutique at 116 Durham Street Tauranga by courier and asked for a refund only to be told I hadn't sent it back where I should have and I wasn't going to get a refund.
Do not buy from these people or you too will be out of pocket $79.95 plus a courier of $11.50 and no hope of getting it back according to ZOE !!!!!

Rubbish & not even true to the picture as advertised & took 6 weeks to even turn up

Dress and top completely not what I thought I was getting. Fabric cheap and nasty. And now they are not contactable. Has anyone had any luck getting a refund?

Not even worth one star!! Absolutely..misleading ...cheap fabric made and sent from China ...with the audacity to sell under Tauranga Boutique NZ! Can't believe I was so gullable...lesson learnt! Please! if you're considering DON’T go there! If you already have welcome to the

Shockingly misleading advertising. Tauranga Boutique does not physically exist and the dress I ordered bore no relationship to the cheap rubbish I received. Despite saying free delivery across New Zealand it was posted from China and took 3 weeks to arrive. I would never have ordered a dress if I knew I couldn't return it within NZ if it wasn't as advertised. The dress I received was awful - a horrid imitation of the original picture. When I first looked to see reviews the page was blank and I only managed to read them a couple of days ago. I am sooo disappointed as it is the first time I have ever ordered anything online, other than from reputable NZ companies such as EcoStore. Tauranga Boutique is a SCAM! Reported to Commerce Commission NZ.

Like the other comments here. A complete scam! BEWARE!!!! Ordered a "classy" dress for my wife as a present. I first became suspicious when I received a surprising shipping update from some shipper in China. Well, there goes any thought of a local delivery in the same town where I live. (Tauranga) That led me to this website and then all hope faded! It was then I realized this was a clever Chinese scam. Well after reading the reviews here I wasn't holding out much hope that the dress would even turn up - but guess what? It did! Just now - Today! What a surprise! The bigger surprise was the "dress" itself. This wasn't even a cheap imitation of what was advertised. This was something totally else! The local $2 shop would be hard pressed to come up with something that vaguely resembles the cheap quality and "style" of this dress. At best, my "classy" dress for my loving wife might at best be described as a painting smock - which I guess I could give her along with a paint brush and some paint to help with the renovations! But I don't think she would appreciate that! In short: Stay well clear of buying anything from Tauranga Boutique. As the old saying goes, "If it looks too good to be true, it probably is". Lesson learnt.

I too was drawn in by supporting a supposedly a small NZ business..however did not see the previous reviews till after I had ordered. Credit card said Hong Kong. Tracking is “unknown “ to NZ and it has not changed in 5 days. When I questioned their location , received a generic email that skirted around the question. If the products are received , I too, will be asking for a refund. I have sent a spam notification to Instagram.

Damn! We were going to be in Tauranga before Xmas... I was planning on 'visiting' their shop 🤦 but saw a pretty dress on 'special', on their website. Thought I will purchase online now, pretty dress for Xmas day. Saw their ad come up and many angry emoji's...Then googled. Too late! NOT a Tauranga based New Zealand Company. They operate from overseas. I do hope they are reported to the consumer's institute. Misleading. So... Waiting in trepidation for when/if I receive this. And what the dress actually looks like. EDIT just made a report to the Commerce Commission.

Wish I read reviews-terrible service.Two weeks and no delivery, repetitive emails saying the same thing and no answer re a refund/return.

Unfortunately I didn't find these reviews before I ordered. It is as everyone stated - terrible fabric, poor imitation of what is on site, shoes stink of plastic and sent from China so took weeks. Can't wear any of it. The site was very convincing - I looked at the videos of the clothes being worn several times. Hope to get some refund but now very doubtful. Devastated to have wasted the money and paid for such terrible plasticky items to have been shipped so far.

Don’t deserve one star but can’t right a review without a star rating.
My purchase didn’t fit(I used their size guide) the garment is poorly made & the fabric is not as the description on the web site. I too tried emailing only to get a generic response advising returns to Asia are too expensive & not environmentally friendly. This coming from a company that purchase in Asian & pack in plastic. I think the web site is hugely misrepresenting & misleading. I would actively discourage anyone from purchasing from this company & only wish I had read the reviews on this web site before gifting them my money. Buyer beware.

Website is false with terribly made products and there is no way to return the poor quality products, they finally admitted that they were based in China rather than Tauranga NZ. Stay away!

The returns policy is totally different to the reality. I have read item can be returned to Tauranga but after several emails trying to get me to keep the product I was advised I needed to post the item back to Asia rather than the local address advised under return policy. Awful service. Would not recommend purchase. Quality of my purchase was poor. Really just a rip off.

Scam scam and dishonest. How dare you.

Order arrived in 2 weeks. Quality was terrible. Fabric was horrible. Customer service horrible. No way to get a refund. Stay well clear of this lot.

Top arrived finally. Far too small won't even go over my head even though I ordered a larger size than normal. Material shoddy and I cant get a response to my emails re a return. No return address on parcel. DONT BE FOOLED BY THEM. Wish I had read the reviews first. So glad someone is reporting them to the Trade Comm. I am happy to back you up with that.
