SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!.....I ordered a pair of shoes off their website and paid in good faith......they arrived, but are definitely not the shoes that were advertised!.....they are a cheap copy!....different sole colour, no markings showing brand, size which shoes usually have!......many emails exchanged, where they offered insulting 'deals'......but they included more money paid out by me!......I was told to send them back to China at my expense for a refund......I don't trust them to refund the money....they have an address on their website, but I doubt that even exists because there is a big power business at the address!.....so I'm contacting the NZ Commerce Commission.....I have seen many other businesses on Facebook throughout NZ advertising the same things, so this isn't just this business doing it.

Ordered advertised shoes on 7/11/24 - shipping was "free" as ordered within the same country. received confirmation email and Tracking - however nothing arrived to date -I made several attempts to email, but no response - I emailed requesting for refund, but they claimed that since my order was on the way- its not possible to get a refund. Following that an update on tracking arrived - but nothing progressed. This is SCAM !!!! They have set up an Instagram account, so beware.

Scam - Poor quality clothing with poor fit and awful material. It is not from Nz as stated is all from China and reviews on the website are fake. Will not honor refund policy and keep sending emails for other offers or promotions - even asked to send a video of the clothing so they could off a solution. Please do not buy from this site -

Clothes don’t fit and were of poor quality. When trying to get a refund they kept say it’s too expensive to return as it’s an overseas address, and will not provide the address but lots of other “solutions”. Having seen the reviews since, I don’t think we will get the money back anyway as it will get “lost” enroute.

5 dresses arrived today. Clothes are an imitation copy of what is advertised - they use an expensive price for a dress, & offer a sale price, but the quality of dress material is not worth half the sale price. Check the material of the dress before buying & also don’t be misled to think the store is in Tauranga.
Just an update for those that want refund like I did; i got first offer to get 10% refund & keep items & save planet & my cost to return, second offer was same as first plus 50% discount on another purchase, third offer they sent return address details to China as well as 30% refund & to keep items offer & save planet by not shipping, I decided to stop wasting my time & took 30% refund, thinking nothing would happen but over $80 showed up in my account within a day, so that was good. So I ended up paying about $40 a dress for 5 dresses i probably will never wear. If I could post pics of the dresses to show the polyester quality I would.

Scam, product was poor quality. Nothing like the picture and not in Tauranga. Trying to get a refund but same as other reviewers. Do not buy anything from this company.

SCAM - received item which was totally inferior to what was advertised and portrayed online. Returned item to address online ..... waiting !!!!!! Product from China and website FAKE. Not remotely are these 2 individuals operating out of Tauranga, NZ. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I HAVE !!!!!

Don’t trust this company! Received the dress after a long wait as it was sent from Hong Kong! Not Tauranga as per their website.
It was a piece of junk, asked to return and get refunded and get told how sorry they are and wanting me to accept all these offers of discounts for another purchase or gift cards.
They are saying it needs to be returned to Asia and will be very costly so should be avoided! so taking one of those offers will save me and the environment! Omg
Stay away from this company

Absolute scam how dare they claim to be an Nz company! Tracking never moves! Won’t answer emails etc same old same old please don’t make the same mistake I did!

Shoes actually arrived look nothing like the photo says on the bag larger size than ordered and don’t fit as too small I think the shoes in their photo may actually be converse so completely false advertising. My fault completely but don’t make my mistake!

This is a Scam.
They portray to be in Tauranga,even have a lovely view of the ocean and an address and two women started it.
I ordered an item,of course it hasnt arrived as it is coming from China according to the name of the courier. NOT impressed ..
I emailed them and asked why they lied and received an email saying they distribute all over the world bla bla
I received the top eventually, it didnt look anything like the one advertised on the fake website.
I emailed them every day,then they sent me a replacement it was exactly the same cheap material from China.
I emailed them every day requesting a refund, eventually they said they would give me 30% refund.
I took that as I was never going to get the whole amount.I wrote to the commerce commission and never heard back.
Since then the same clothes pop up under many different fake websites eg. Wanaka Boutique, Queenstown Boutique etc.
Might be worth hassling them every day to at least get something back.
