Excellent service - very helpful, quick delivery and great price. The laurels delivered were all in great condition, exactly like the photos.

The most relaxed and enjoyable plant-shopping experience we have ever had!

I spoke with Georgia over Facebook Marketplace who swiftly answered all my questions and was kind enough to send multiple photos of the plants I had been asking about. She proceeded to book us a private slot to visit the nurseries where we were able to leisurely look around at our own place, with herself and her partner being nearby to offer any assistance we required on a 1-1 basis.

We purchased a large selection of plants, an olive tree and a couple of pots. Unfortunately, two of the Taxus Buccata balls had suspected dieback and died very quickly. On messaging Georgia ten days later to bring this to her attention, she replaced the Taxus Buccata balls with more expensive larger healthy Ilex balls free of charge with next-day delivery.

It is notable that all other purchased plants are thriving and of great price/quality. Despite the hiccup of the die-back infection, I was very impressed and appreciative of her understanding and fantastic customer service and would not hesitate to visit Tav Gardens again for all future garden purchases.

I was looking for a specific plant of a certain size, and when I rang up I got to speak to the most helpful person I have spoken to in a while. My plants were dispatched on time and arrived in perfect condition - so thank you very much TAV Gardens!

After my original order was out of stock after payment was taken, I received a partial refund and received the agreed replacements.
Trees are great and now thriving.
After the hiccup of nil stock the service was excellent.

Wow, amazing plants. Looked for ages to find good quality Laurels to create a hedge at the end of our garden. I wanted to ideally see them before buying but all local places had poor quality plants so decided to order online with Tav after seeing their plants on ebay. So glad we did now as they are superb. All plants are great quality but also really wide, double the width of most we went to see. All packaged up really well too on a pallet and delivery to Edinburgh.
