I am currently on my third advisor with Taxfix, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing.

Communication has often been slow, with important questions remaining unanswered for days or even weeks. I have repeatedly had to follow up or contact support to get responses.

I have also found errors in payroll and tax documents that I had to identify myself, even though I hired an accounting service precisely so I wouldn't have to review technical tax documents. In my opinion, checking these things and asking for any missing information should be the accountant's responsibility, not the client's.

Changing advisors has not improved my experience, as the same issues have continued. The support team has been polite and helpful when I contacted them directly, but I don't think I should have needed to escalate these matters myself.

Overall, the service has not given me the confidence that my accounting and tax affairs are being handled with the level of care I expected from a professional firm.

Good and quick service

Mi sono trovato molto bene dal primo momento, il mio commercialista Diego Costa é preparato e disponibile ogni volta a chiarire i miei dubbi.

Una experiencia sencilla, a la vez que detallada. Amabilidad y comprensión por parte de la gestora. Eficacia final.

Realmente merece la pena, ellos se encargan de todos los trámites para la Declaración de la Renta, contestan súper rápido y tú te despreocupas.

De momento está siendo un poco complicado espero mejor en algunos procesos y agilicen un poco más algunas cosas quizás en un futuro cambie esto, pero de momento lo dejo en una estrella

I used them to file taxes and they made several mistakes on the taxes that I found before the filling date. When I brought them up, they refused to fix the mistake and I ended up having to make the change myself.

Also prior to that when I asked advice, most of the responses felt like they were AI. The Gestor I have doesn't have a legit looking LinkedIn and has zero experience so that is also fishy.

He utilizado los servicios de Taxfix durante dos años con el pack Autónomos y, en general, he tenido muy buenas experiencias. El soporte siempre ha sido muy atento y dos de los tres asesores con los que he tenido contacto fueron muy diligentes y resolvían mis dudas con rapidez. Recomiendo el servicio a quienes busquen una solución práctica y con una interfaz fácil de entender.
