NO REFUNDS on early Automatic Renewal of Lessons
I signed up for Pickleball Lessons. They were running a deal for 1 free trial lesson and then it would automatically bill for 4 weekly lessons. That's what I signed up for but I couldn't start my weekly lessons for a few weeks. It was a little confusing to select the coach, date, and location for the lesson, and the chat was delayed and didn't provide any sound notifications when I had a message even though I made sure that the sound notifications were turned on. Anyway, my coach was good and my lessons were fine after a few glitches in meeting up. My main grievance with the company is that it auto renewed me for 4 more lessons and charged my credit card before my 3rd lesson. When I saw the pending charge on my credit card, I immediately cancelled the lessons that I had not ordered and cancelled my subscription. I also reached out to customer support and asked for a refund of the $328 pending charge, but they refused. They said their policy was NO REFUNDS under any circumstances but that I had up to a year to use the $328 credit. They sent me a copy of the fine print in their terms and conditions and insisted that they would not issue my refund even though I cancelled within 24 hours of the auto-renewal. This is just not right. There is no reason for a policy that is so unfair. It cost them nothing to book the lesson 6 weeks into the future. They didn't pay the coach since the lesson was already cancelled way in advance. They can't enforce a policy that is so egregiously unfair and unclear to the customer (even if it is in the fine print that nobody actually reads). I do not recommend this company or their app and hope that they go out of business. I disputed the charge on my credit card, so I should get my money back, but I don't want other people to get scammed by them.
I tried 3 times to work with Hanna at customer support to get my refund and told her that I would post a negative review because your standard policy is not reasonable or fair. Each time she insisted that there was Nothing she could do to get me a refund.

Could you please explain why my payments for both students were reversed? I previously contacted customer service and was told that everything was okay. Even if this was due to a chargeback, I have not received a clear explanation of what happened.
I was asked to confirm that the students took their lessons, which they did. I would like to know whether I will receive these funds back and what the timeline is for resolving this issue.
I believed my earnings were secure once they appeared in my Dots account, so I am concerned about the reversals and would appreciate clarification regarding the reason for the payment reversal and whether the funds will be reinstated.

I just realized that I was paying for a subscription that I did not attend to sign up for. I have asked for a refund of the $900+ they charged me and they refuse to refund me. I used the services twice, first time was no subscription base. I will never use their services again. I do not Recommend this company.

Company is easy to deal with. I was able to schedule and find a great instructor for tennis with no problem. The app is user-friendly, not complicated, even the support team are easy to reach and they respond timely. I do recommend to use this company if you are looking for great tennis lessons.

I really enjoy using the TeachMeTo app! I find it to be very intuitive and comprehensive platform that greatly improves my ability to get new students, provide coaching feedback, and quickly get compensated for my lessons. The support staff is also excellent and very responsive whenever there is an issue.
I’ve had a hard time with…
I’ve had a hard time with communication, when I ended coaching last summer I got very frustrated because it took me at least a month to stop getting requests. I prefer to coach only on summer.
It is much easier to get students on this app I don’t have to go looking for them myself which has been helpful.
Payouts have also been quick and easy which I do appreciate.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
While this company provides a fine service, their app is terribly designed and in an effort to pull up my subscription to cancel it, with a single click they charged me nearly $300 and despite reaching out to them IMMEDIATELY when this happened, they refused to do a single thing to help me. I have never in my life been charged for something, even if it’s a single dollar, without having to first confirm my purchase. The fact that a single mistaken click can end up with being charged hundreds of dollars is absolutely laughable and their customer service was abysmal. I will be going out of my way to ensure as few people support this business as possible, I have never been more disappointed with a company in my life.

This app is a scam
This app is a scam. Cancelled my subscription two weeks prior and they still charged me $180 dollars. They are claiming they can’t find my cancellation notice and refuse to refund me. All this company cares about is taking your money and they have horrible customer service.
