Great service. Great price
Sent my son's meta quest 3S that had stopped charging and had a burning smell when plugged in. Tech centre successfully fixed it and it was sent back promptly for a great price. Half the price of what I had been quoted elsewhere.

Relatively quick and easy
Relatively quick and easy and fixed the problem with no other issues. Had mutiple issues and they fixed it all for the same fixed price. Took about just under 2 weeks.

I was regularly informed of progress and notified when it had been repaired and awaiting collection. It now works perfectly. Apparently, the power button was faulty, and the board needed attention. Super happy! 🙂

HDMI broke on Xbox X
HDMI broke on Xbox X. Took in for repair, delivered back fixed less than a week later. And if they can't repair it you don't pay. I'd left a game inside Xbox by mistake, was returned all packaged along with Xbox. Great service

Easy process, fast turn around and good price.
Simple process from start to finish. Very easy to send off. They fixed my machine fast and returned it very quickly. The whole thing was done in a matter of days. The price of fixing it was also good compared to the cost of buying a new one. Highly recommended service!!!
