Meta Quest 3 repairs
I have sent Meta Quest 3 for repairs. It broken just 6 months after warranty expired. The device got repaired super fast. Everything was working as it should and I got the a very extensive root cause explanation. 6 out of 5!

Clear text updates at every stage. Came back well packed and like new! I took mine into CEX and you can also use exchange vouchers for the repair which is great. I would definitely use again if I need a repair.
