Repair was done and fixed and sent back to me in good condition, time was slightly long then expected. ( think this is due to CEX having set post days which isn’t mentioned when booking) price was good and cheaper then a new controller.
Only thing I would say for improvement and why I rated 4 stars is detail on what was repaired was minimal and no evidence or mention on how the repair was tested.

They will do a sub standard service and not fulfill the warranty
They did a general refurbishment on an Xbox controller I sent them and then it broke down again. I sent it back for what should've been an in warranty repair but was told I would be charge £26.99 for a second time. The repair was a relatively easy one and makes no sense for me to pay what would essentially mount up to be the price of a replacement controller.

You tried to get my review removed by denying you recognise my name. This alongside the facts that:
I fixed controller myself and it was likely the shoulder button was damaged during the initial refurb.
When I sent the controller back you tried to to charge me again and I said no, but the website registered it as yes. And that happened twice. A cynical view of your company would say that you part repair while creating jobs further down than the line that you can change again for. This has been a miserable experience. I know I'm legally due a refund by it's not that worth it. It's only £26.99, but what a complete sham of a company

Brilliant! Tech centre made everything easy. I was given a price online, then found it easy to use the drop off point. I was kept up to date with everything from item being collected, to being looked at, only once they fixed my Switch was I asked to pay, once paid they sent it back to my drop off point for collection.
Very happy with the service, great price too as I was quoted over double from Nintendo themselves!
Definitely recommended!!

Elite 2 Controller repair
I posted my pad to be repaired and the repair was complete and sent back within a few days, works like new again. Was a good choice to use tech centre instead of renewing my Xbox elite controller.
Would definitely recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

My Experience of Tech Centre as part of… my PS3 Controller
My Experience of Tech Centre as part of the CEX Repairs was very good recommended and they very kindly staff to fix my ps3 controller when I went to CEX Store last month and I expain and complain to them that my controller was dropped on the lamulated floor in my new bedroom upside down on the left stick and ps button.

Only negative would be it was gone for a long time due to obviously having to wait for parcel company to come and collect it but only a slight negative
