Repair was done and fixed and sent back to me in good condition, time was slightly long then expected. ( think this is due to CEX having set post days which isn’t mentioned when booking) price was... Toon meer

Very simple process drop off and collect via local store. Good communication throughout process, fixed price repairs, PS3 fully repaired and back in use. Highly recommend this service.

Good experience

Good, competitive, single price point for multiple repairs on one device I sent in for repair. Good communication from start to finish confirming what has been repaired and regular emails and texts confirming what stage the repair was at. Overall very good service and would use again. Only minor issue is store seemed to hold onto my device for over a week before even sending away for repair as they only deliver to them once a week.

couldn't have asked for better service

From initial conversation to picking up the repaired product, was an absolute dream. No problems at all and fab communication at every step. Would 100% recommend.

Successful Nintendo DS repair

I was doubtful that a repair on my Nintendo DS could be carried out successful, so it was a pleasant surprise when it was fully fixed and the work was guaranteed for 2 years. Would definitely use again.

Great service!

Repair was carried out really quickly. The delivery process was simple and efficient. I liked the transparency of the price on the website. I thought the service was great. I'd definitely use them again. Really impressed.

Genuinely a great service, and fast.

Genuinely a great service.

The set fee for the PS5 repair was very helpful. I had an idea what the issue was so it was great to know the exact cost before sending away the console. No fear of a technician inflating the costs saying more work needed to be done.

Turnaround time and communication was exceptional and took less than a week from drop off to being returned.

Updates as to the status of the repair were also very helpful.

One consideration - I would have liked to have been informed of what repair was needed, this wasn’t reported.

Xbox controller relief….

In the case of the inherently faulty Xbox controllers, Tech Centre are a convenient, and fairly quick remedy.
I got sick of laying out for controllers that would last only several months of light use, so i am glad that there is a handy place to take them.

The 24 month guarantee has given me peace of mind, which may be the most important thing.

Recommended.

Very easy drop off and pick up

Very easy drop off and pick up. Very quick fix. I do wish there was a note telling what the issue was and what was do e to fix it. But otherwise I am happy I have got my Playstation 5 back and running like new. Thank you for your help. Saved me buying a new one.

Took ages. Console not repaired.

Took two weeks for my console to "arrive" at the repair centre. Once it had "arrived" it took relatively quickly for the repair to be done and I had my console back within the week. Unsurprising, because the issue was not fixed. At this point, I hesitate to send the console back to actually get it repaired, because I don't want to spend another three weeks for it.

We completely understand how frustrating the delay must have been. While we aim to complete all repairs and return consoles within 7 days of them arriving at our repair centre, the time it takes for items to reach us can vary. Unfortunately, this part of the process is handled by the store and courier, so we don’t have direct control over dispatch times or any delays in transit, this information is available via our FAQS.

That said, we’re glad your console was turned around quickly once it arrived with us, but we’re very sorry to hear the issue hasn’t been fully resolved. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

All of our repairs come with a 2-year warranty, so we’d definitely like the opportunity to put this right for you.

If timing is a concern, we’d recommend speaking directly with your local store regarding their shipping schedule, as they can provide more control over when your item is sent off.

If you’d like us to assist further or more information on booking it in for warrenty repair please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team.
