Repair was done and fixed and sent back to me in good condition, time was slightly long then expected. ( think this is due to CEX having set post days which isn’t mentioned when booking) price was... Toon meer

Very simple process drop off and collect via local store. Good communication throughout process, fixed price repairs, PS3 fully repaired and back in use. Highly recommend this service.

Good Communication and Really Good Work

They kept me informed throughout the whole process, and we're able to repair my controller, and put new covers on the joysticks.

Quick repair - comms could be better

Drop off at local CEX was quick, and the repair itself was too.
The message stated that I could collect the repaired item on a Monday, I decided to drop into CEX on the off chance it was already there - it was. Unfortunately it took >25 mins to collect - a problem caused by the shop rather than Tech Centre.
I was also told I needed ID - which had not been advised by Tech Centre. So over all an “okay” experience that could be improved.

Hi Jamie, Thanks for your feedback. We're glad to hear the drop-off and the repair itself were both quick, and that your item arrived back at the store earlier than expected.

We're sorry to hear about the delay when collecting your item and the confusion regarding ID. Collection procedures are handled by the individual CeX store rather than Tech Centre, and requirements such as ID can vary from store to store. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control.

The delivery of repaired items back to the store is also handled by a courier service, which we don’t directly control, so we’re pleased to hear it arrived sooner than expected in this case.

Small issues but was repaired

My Xbox was sent in last week and fixed within 2 days according to the job update. Upon completion it seems that there was some issues and my payment was not allocated to the job correctly and so it will take a little longer

Helpful staff but a little disappointing that the issue occurred

2 PS5 controllers saved from drift

Sent 2 PS5 controllers off via CEX due to stick drift. Came back fully fixed and additional issues were resolved that I didn't know where there and fully cleaned. Only thing stopping a 5 was it took a little longer than expected but I did send 2 off at the same time

We work closely with DPD to ensure efficient service and are proud to currently average a turnaround time of 4.8 working days. For added convenience, we also offer a DPD drop-off solution, which typically ensures next-day delivery once collected.

The perfect customer service experience

The end to end experience was exactly what I would expect but don’t always get from other companies. From the point I took the console in the shop to the time I got it back I was kept fully informed of what was happening. All charges were made clear from the start as was the expected time scale. The console was repaired within the estimated time. I cannot fault anyone or any part of the process. I would happily recommend Tech Centre.

Repair times

Not got an issue with repair. But the console was away nearly 3 weeks. No update from store to say it had arrived. Had to chase this myself and contact tech centre and the store to locate the fixed console.
