Zoltan was brilliant! I’ve always used Trustpilot over any other reviews, so I am delighted that, having checked him out first, Zoltan was every bit as good as previous reviewers have said. He was punctual, polite and took time to explain many aspects of what was wrong with my computer, so that I understood it. I am no spring chicken and find technology really quite overwhelming. He was able to put things into terms that I understood, explaining the complex layers of operation in a way that I really gave me clarity. He worked as fast as lightning, and was also happy to simultaneously answer some of my husband‘s questions about his rather troublesome laptop. He seemingly disembowled the computer, put new bits and pieces in which were a complete mystery to me, but now the computer is up and running at the speed of light for the first time in many months. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Exceptional service. Zoltan found and fixed my problem quickly and painlessly and, in the process, charging me a lot less than Apple quoted. In addition, I didn't have to send my computer away for 2-3 weeks and was able to fix a convenient time. I ended up being without my computer for 3 hours only.

Great service! Zoltan organised a time to visit quickly, then diagnosed the problem and provided the solution. He then took my laptop away to be fixed with upgrades and brought back 3 days later working better than ever. Highly recommend!

Zoltan certainly knows his Macs! The problem that presented was an unusual one, but Zoltan got to the bottom of the issue quickly. He ordered a replacement battery and then arrived the following morning exactly when he said he would and installed the new battery. Zoltan definitely goes above and beyond the call of duty and helped me resolve a few other issues I had and my Mac is now as good as new. He even followed up a couple of days later to check all was OK. I'm almost sad I don't have any other issues for him to solve! He's incredibly polite and courteous and loaded with useful tech information. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him, for all tech needs.

Zoltan is amazing. Every time I have had problems with my Macs he has fixed them, from replacing the screen and battery, to speeding it up to lightning fast when it was slow, to working out why it wouldn’t turn on. Don’t go anywhere else for your Apple needs. Great customer service.

The most excellent service in every respect. Zoltan was recommended to me by my brother and I haven’t looked anywhere else since. He’s always been ready to help whatever work load he is under. I dealt with Zoltan both face to face as well as remotely. He never ever faulted. His knowledge and ability to solve problems at an instance are next to none. Need I say more? Don’t go anywhere else for solving your computer problems (!). You’ll be grateful for this advice.
