I had an issue with my iMac and wanted to reformat but didn't go to plan!

Zoltan has now repaired two of my iMacs and both times he has gone above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get back to work quickly and efficiently. His depth of knowledge is amazing, and even when the most seemingly complex problems present themselves he is always able to find a solution.

Perhaps the best thing about Zoltan is the fact that he genuinely seems to care about his customers, shown by his commitment to responding to enquiries even when out of office hours. A true genius. This company really deserves more recognition and praise. I was assisted with building my high spec gaming pc, a solution was found when I had lost all hope. I spend hours trawling through forums and Facebook groups and had no luck. Tech GeniuZ helped me find a solution with exceptional customer service. Zoltan was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly when I needed help repairing a damaged trackpad on my MacBook Pro. When my trackpad suddenly stopped working again 4 months later, I contacted him again and he came back to fix it very promptly, free of charge. I really appreciated this and would recommend him to anyone!

Zoltan did a great job, I'm very happy with the result, I needed the HD on my macbook pro upgraded from 250 to 1TB, after Zoltan transfered all the data from one HD to the other and fitted it, my laptop launched with everything running as normal , I didn't even have to input one password, top notch and seamless, will use again and recommend to all my friends.

I contacted Tech GeniuZ via their website and asked for upgrades to 2 Macs. Both machines had their mechanical hard drives replaced with SSD versions; the processor chip on a 2007 machine was upgraded to enable it to run a later version of the Mac Operating System (Mojave), and the RAM was increased to its maximum 32Gb capacity on a 2015 model.

Zoltan responded very promptly to my initial enquiry, answered all my questions clearly and satisfactorily, quoted a very reasonable price and offered me a home appointment within 48hours.

He arrived on time, was patient, friendly and highly professional. All the work was completed efficiently within the original time estimate, and he sent a follow-up email a few days after the visit to check that everything was still working satisfactorily (it was).

It was a very pleasing and positive experience, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Tech GeniuZ for high quality Apple related service and support.

Having read all Zoltan's other reviews here, I had no compunction in contacting him to upgrade my 2017 iMac fusion drive to an SSD.

He responded within a few hours to my email, swiftly answered all my questions through a few back and forth messages, helped me with advice on an app to clean out old apps before the upgrade, and ordered the new drive. It arrived quickly and he contacted me straight away, and came round on a Sunday afternoon to do the work.

He is an expert in his work, and also a genuinely friendly and decent person. He wore his mask the whole time he was here too, which may be a relevant thing to mention in these times.

He completed the installation of the new drive, and also the OS upgrade I requested at the same time, ran some checks and was done in 2 hours, leaving the lengthy data transfer from my back up drive in progress. He then followed up with an email overnight to check everything was working as it should.

I would highly recommend him for any computing issues, and will definitely contact him again next time I'm in need of assistance.

Zoltan was really great, kind and genuine. He went into extra detail about everything whilst fixing my laptop - really was 10/10 experience even increase my own knowledge on computers and what. Laptop working absolutely fine Aswell - as good as new despite it being 6 years old
