YOU ARE UNABLE TO GET ANY APP THAT ARENT PREINSTALLED LIKE ANY EMAIL APPS AND OTHER ESSENTIALS
The "Request a Tool" (feature that should let you get certain apps approved) has been in "beta" for months now. I was under the impression if i got this phone i would be able to have essential apps if i really needed them by putting a ticket in through the tool drawer. At least that how its supposed to work but there have been no updates at all about when this feature may be available. I tried sending in an email to support and they just said i have to submit a ticket through the 'request a tool" feature smh... Seeing as its a pretty small company i doubt any work is being done of the this feature and they probably just forget about it. Meanwhile here i am without access to emails, paying for the phone's mandatory monthly subscription.

I forgot to enter a promo code, but Anthony went above and beyond to apply the promo code to an order I had just placed, saving us money and helping things go smoothly.

The set up of the phone DEFINITELY requires customer service help -- just call them -- don't be shy.
Tina made the experience easy and walked me through everything. She spent 45 minutes with me! I tried to set up on my own and made a lot of mistakes - but the customer service over the phone was easy and clear - and I am so excited to use my new phone now... don't do it on your own!

Love the Wisephone
Love the Wisephone. My youngest son has it and of I had a redo I would only allow all my children to have it. It provides for needs without stealing life by being addicted to apps.
I had an issue with billing but it was addressed.
My only constructive criticism is to get weekend and/or evening hours.
