I bought an LED strip light from TekLed…
I bought an LED strip light from TekLed last week, but unfortunately it was faulty when I unpacked and tested it. I contacted their customer service expecting the usual hassle of having to return the faulty item before receiving a replacement. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to find that a new one was already on its way.
The replacement arrived the very next day, worked perfectly, and the whole process was handled quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service, no fuss, and a company that clearly stands behind its products. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from TekLed again. Highly recommended

Order placed and due to be delivered Monday. Parcel never arrived and we are now Saturday. Company stated complaint raised with courier and still now we have heard nothing. No offer of re sending missing item and no offer of refund

We did everything we could to ensure your original order was delivered, but once it became clear that it was unlikely to arrive, we immediately arranged and dispatched a replacement rather than waiting any longer. At the same time, we raised an investigation with the courier, as they are responsible for locating the missing parcel and providing updates.
We understand that the lack of communication regarding the courier's investigation has been frustrating, and we sincerely apologise for that. Our intention was always to resolve this as quickly as possible, and we're sorry that your experience fell short of the standard we aim to provide.

Easy to order. Lights are amazing. Was just the delivery company messed up
As redirected for pick up location. Wasn’t informed still showed as in transit yet as scrolled down saw a photo of it being delivered onto the shops counter top so had to prove identity and purchase as no collection reference. Fortunately the shop was brilliant with me

The product arrived just a few days after I placed my order and was exactly as described. The quality is excellent, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. I also had a question before ordering, and the customer service team responded quickly and were extremely helpful. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

I found the lamp had dents on the…
I found the lamp had dents on the outside as if it had been bent As it was for installation in a garage I went ahead and put it in place anyway. The lamp works fine.
However the packing seems somewhat flimsy to me.
Ordering and delivery could not be faulted.
