It was unpleasant situation when who delivered my parcel didn't fallow my instruction on delivery place and it was stolen.
Tekled sorted situation and in 2 days they send me a new parcel with lamps.

Fabulous company to deal with
Fabulous company to deal with. Helped through messages and photos to get exactly what I needed. I bought the right bulbs for my lamps and also purchased a really useful architects floor lamp that was on offer. I use lamp every day for my stitching and reading as it’s so versatile.

Two years + now fitted seven 4 foot led…
Two years ago I fitted seven 4 foot led batten lights. All have failed, just under warranty. Having contacted the company to my delight they have a arranged collection of the failed light fitting and made a FULL REFUND . I cant say how impressed I am with there customer service in resolving the issue and will probably use them again the future. Thank you :)

Only one complaint was that the small drain pipe did not hold in the retaining position very securely when I tested the unit and began leaking during the test run.Maybe a more securing clip might be a better idea,or you could inform the user to double check that the drain tube is pressed well into the holding position.Apart from that everything worked great.

Excellent service
Placed 2 orders inside a couple of days. Both were quickly processed and sent out with good communication and speedy delivery. Products were exactly as described and competitively priced. Very impressed. Will definitely use them again.

Not wood!
Don’t get me wrong the light looks great however, it stated wood and metal. It is not wood it is painted metal made to look aBIT like wood from a distance. Only keeping it because I can’t find anything similar but the fact it is NOT wood then that should not be mentioned in the description.
