Used it once, since it was not what I was expecting, cancelled the subscription, 1 year after they tried to charge me once again even though it was showing there were no active subscriptions at the time. I contacted them and they said they were going to cancel the transaction however they still charge it later on. Had to cancel my card and request a refund. Customer service was also really bad.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Be wary of the deceitful nature in which they bill - the cost is broken down monthly, but they charge you at an annual rate. Furthermore, there is no possible way to preview the templates without having an active subscription. I'm now out $150 for the year plus international fees. If I could give this company less than one star, I would. Be wary.

My progress got deleted 2 or 3 times, and once it was all finished I left it for the night and in the morning all the elements had moved, changed size… maybe I was doing something wrong, but I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary… the “file” just wouldn’t autosave properly.

Prompt response with a solution to the issue communicate.

Vera was outstanding. I was working a project for my class, and it unexpectedly disappeared one day. Utilizing the chat option a ticket was submitted and when I followed up, I was put in contact with Vera. I finally was able to retrieve the template thanks to Vera. I needed this template so bad.

I hit the chat button, and an agent came on immediately, named Vi. I asked a question and before I was done Vi provided an answer. It was a short and sweet interaction; straight to the point and just what I needed.

I didn't know until I checked what I can do now with your service.

Also a suggestion, maybe before you renew customers' subscription, you can notify your new service and urge them to try first.
Because customers have previous impression of you and may act accordingly, which doesn't justify your new effort.

I found what I needed easily and using the template was also easy. Also the help i did came from Rain. She was fantastic and figured out how to correct my issue. She was very pleasant and professional and deserves a raise in pay!

I reached out to their chat and Vera helped me out on canceling the subscription and processing my refund.

I cancelled my subscription, but again they withdrew 60 $ from my card.

Helped me discover which account was charging to my card. Turned out to be an old account from a past job. They got it all cleared up for me!

I wanted to look at some of the templates that were supposedly available but I wasn't able to without undertaking a 'free 30 day trial'. Even then I wasn't able to see the detail sufficiently so I downloaded a few. A Free trial has become a $250 monthly bonus for the company - almost $3K for the year subscription, and NO suitable templates. The company initially cancelled my subscription but then reinstated it. Greed. Really should have no stars!

Rain was amazing with customer service. They were easily accessible and addressed my issue immediately without any back and forth. They got me a refund quickly and without hassle. The best customer service experience I've ever had.

The templates provided a good range of choices . It was a pleasure to work with them. There needs to be a choice to download in Microsoft word so that the letterheads can be used easily.
Cancelling was made extremely easy with Vi. I
cancelled mainly because I no longer needed to find a template at this time. Thank you for my lovely letterhead design.
