Never never use this company. Waste of time. Joke
3 times they came out to get rid of termites in one place in one room a guy comes with a little spray can. Termites keep eating the wood I called them this week for a week no call back no appointments nothing no complaint department all I am told is that they are very busy. What a waste of money and time. These people are not serious what a waste of of time

They won’t honor their warranty. They just ignore you. They don’t call back. You call multiple times and they tell you they will be calling you back to schedule and they don’t. All they care about is new customer. I will find a new provider

Iam very disappointed with this company.I paid over 600.plus dollars for these guys came to my house twice one to set traps and patch up holes and the second time to check the traps and I was told they would come back the next Thursday and they still haven't come back or called. I left three to four messages to the man that came out and set everything up he finally texted me back on today just to say I needed to talk to a guy named Allen. I asked him who Allen was? I did have an number for this man. So I called their office for a lady to take my complaint. She informed me that Allen will call me on Tuesday because today is a holiday.
Unprofessional and sketchy
The technician brought an a-frame ladder that was inadequate for getting into the attic for inspection. So, she could only glance above the attic opening. She didn't go into the garage attic, and only briefly glanced into the remaining family room access (it had a stair, so she could go into that part of the attic.
Without adequate inspection, she quoted me $3,000 on the spot for my single-family, single-story home. When I pushed back, she said it should be more like $1,900 but the computer wouldn't let her change the price. She said she'd check with her manager and then send me a formal quote, which she did not do.
Bottom line: The technician was unprepared, didn't do a thorough inspection, gave a sketchy quote, and didn't follow up as she promised.
No show
I had an issue with a squirrel that had chewed its way into my house. I talked with their scheduling person and they assured me someone would be here this morning before noon. Later last night I received a text from the area manager telling me that they only had so many “free” estimate slots and to explain how urgent this issue was. I did. This morning I had no response and had not heard from a technician so I texted the manager again. I just received a text telling me that Terminix doesn’t deal with squirrel problems. This is after I have been waiting all morning for them to arrive. Never do business with Treminix.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service company. Terminix has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. I’ve been paying my renewal fees expecting reliable service, and instead, I’ve gotten nothing but excuses, delays, and total lack of accountability.
For over a month, I’ve been calling in trying to get a manager to escalate my issue—not a single call back. Every time I speak to someone, they promise a resolution or an appointment, and then nothing is ever scheduled. I have to keep chasing them down just to get basic follow-ups.
Even worse, one of the service techs tried to upsell me on a $10,000 service—completely unnecessary and clearly a rip-off. It felt like they were preying on fear rather than actually trying to help. On top of that, I’ve been charged hundreds, possibly thousands, with no actual problem resolved. The pests are still here, and I’m still waiting for someone competent to actually show up and do the job I’ve already paid for.
Terminix has become a money pit with no service, no integrity, and no accountability. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that actually respects your time and your money.
Terminix really unprofessional
We have been using TERMINIX for several years. The pest control part of the business is good. They communicate well too. Our issue has been that they called us to schedule an included inspection inside our house. Fine. They scheduled us in a 4 hour window of 8-noon on Tuesday. They did not show at all or contact me. When I texted them it took them til 12:30 to text back saying the inspector was running a “bit behind” and asked if I would like to reschedule. No. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing.

Review is for a specific technician. Had to reschedule quarterly service with technician Mathias. Rescheduled appointment 2 weeks in advanced. Mornings are tight due to work schedule. Received notifications to confirm appointment. Day of appointment, waited 15 min past the allotted time frame. Called customer service to see where Mathias was. They contacted him. He stated to them would give me a call immediately. Waited 20min. No call. Again called customer service. Cancelled appointment & rescheduled with an alternate technician. Received a message 15min after appointment canceled from Mathias stating on the way. Horrible technician service. Have had other technicians (I.e Ratu) who have been great.
Customer service great as well with accommodating schedule. Some technicians bring down the company’s rating with poor service, which is sad.

I gave one star because of the customer service Rep I dealt with in the chat and the lack of transparency on the website in reference to current services and how to amend if needed
I have been trying to amend my service to Termite only since earlier this year. Unfortunately for me I sent that request through their Contact us form they have on the website - so no evidence of such a request?
I am no longer under a contract, just paying monthly However I can’t amend my service online, there is no option. Also there was no notification when my supposed “annual contract” renews and if I still want the service. About a week or so ago I spoke with a representative that called me and I relayed that I have only been wanting Termite service only, Rep said they would take care of this.
Fast forward to today I check my account I have been invoiced for the bundle and not just Termite
I decided to use the chat this time - every thing was good with the offer for the Termite only service. Then I was told I had to pay the invoice for April and May
I declined as I hadn’t renewed for any services and I had told a Rep I only wanted Termite only. I was offered some money off, but I still don’t see why I am paying for a service I never wanted. I asked for a Manager SEVERAL times. I was denied, I was told that this person was a Senior Rep and I didn’t need to speak to anyone else. Really? Finally I was given a number, which I can tell was just the number to the actual branch. So deceptive. I did ask for the service to be canceled, I was informed that the traps would need to removed. Seems I was under the impression that I paid for them, but per the copy of the page provided by the Rep I didn’t. I will double check my paper copy.
It all just seems shady to me: a) automatic renewal b) unable to amend on website.
I would like to say I do give 5 stars to the technicians that came out through the years to service my property!

"Extremely Disappointing Experience with Terminix"
I had a terrible experience with Terminix, starting with their customer service, which was absolutely horrible. I signed up for what they claim to be their top-of-the-line corrective service for my 620 sq ft apartment, and the cost was a whopping $1279.57. The plan comes with a 90-day warranty, which means if the pests aren't fully eradicated by then, I'm expected to pay another $1279.57 for another treatment. To make matters worse, when you read the fine print, you're also paying for the product used to kill the pests on top of that.
And don’t even try getting in touch with their service department. Their system is chaotic, and it's nearly impossible to get the help you need. Be wary of all the hidden fees and unnecessary charges. This company is not worth your time or money.
90 day warranty on a issue that can take 180 to correct. make it make sense
Illegally parked in my driveway
This company works for my neighbor and parked in my driveway, forcing me to miss a doctor's appointment (and pay a missed appointment fee of $50). When I called the office to ask them to contact the driver, they hung up on me. And when the tech finally came out 30 or 40 minutes later, he was completely unapologetic, and said it was "not his problem."
If you want your neighbors to hate you, definitely hire these guys! I just hope they care more about their work than they care about their reputation - but I doubt it!
Will not show up or call for scheduled visit
We have had terminix since 1999, never an issue. This year when I saw termites in a bathroom and needed someone to come out and see if we did indeed have a problem, the person never showed up. He did call 6 hours later to leave a voice mail that he had interruptions, whatever that means. He obviously had my phone number so he could have called sooner. Rescheduled for the next day and the new technician never showed up or called at all. I have rescheduled for next week, we will see. I have never had this issue in all the years we have had Terminix, Im wondering if management or ownership has changed. I see a lot of bad reviews stating no one ever showed up. My husband has been after me to cancel the annual contract and maybe it is time

have two accounts with Terminex, love our tech, can NEVER get anyone on our account to return a phone call to show up for other services, etc etc. Customer service is a polite JOKE.
Ripoff
Terminix sold me the best service they had said they would get rid of everything. They have been coming here for about six months. I started seeing fleas recently. I contacted them, they said they would send someone out but it would be a little over two weeks before they could get here. They showed up today completely unprepared for a flea treatment and said it could not be done today. I should have never seen a flea in the first place since I paid for their top of the line kill everything and let God sort them out plan I called in to cancel my service and they told me they were going to cancel me but I still had to pay the rest of the contract, over $800. I obviously told them good luck collecting. They are one of the worst companies I have done business with in a very long time.
Cancelled appointment without notifying me.
I called Terminix about a Mole issue I was having. They assured me that they did Mole removal and scheduled an appointment for me for the following day. They said that a technician would be over to my house between 10 and 11 o'clock and that they would call me around a half hour before they would arrive. Come 11:00 I had no call or no technician at my house. I called them around 11:15. I was told that they cancelled my appointment because they do not do Mole control in my area. I never received a call or message letting me know this. I guess my time doesn't matter to them. I will never do business with this company again.
Terminix doesn't care
So far, my experience with Terminix has not been very good. When you call in the people are nice. When the so-called inspector comes out, he does not inspect everything, and I did as him to and he said the agent that comes for the next appointment will go into the attic and I believed him, that did not happen, the second guy that came sealed a couple spots outside and I had to ask him to complete the outside and I asked him why didn't he go into the attic, he said he did not bring enough equipment to do the attic and the other seals weren't needed. At this point I was just ready for him to leave. I had to call again to get someone to come out and I was told they would call and give me an appointment, no one called I called them several times and found out I was scheduled for an appointment, no one called to confirm it or see if I was available that day.
Terminix seem to be okay taking money but not assisting a customer properly. They can't bother to make sure the customer is being taken care of, but they have no problem taking the money. I should have gone with a mom-and-pop company and maybe I would get better service. Terminix management sure doesn't care.

What made my experience so great is Rick. The Date of e xpernice only lets me put today. But this is true of all the years Rick has come.
What made my experience so great is because of Rick. This is the gentleman who comes to my house and works wonders. One of the wonders is his knowledge of what needs to be done. He also is thorough in all his work, is pleasant to work with, polite and encouraging. The world would be a better place is everyone acted with his enthusiasm and work ethic. I appreciate him and his work and trust what he says and does.

Took payment but won't provide the service
Terminix would charge monthly but only come out once a quarter. They stopped communicating and would just schedule whenever they felt like it. This last time they decided to skip the first quarter but not tell me and still collect all the money. I guess they hoped I wouldn't notice. Terminix used to be a reputable company but this behavior makes it seem like one of those scams that used to be on late night TV.

Supervisor Curry came out later stating he would take care of a refund and talk to inspector about telling me they would fix something as part of service which is not in there scope of work. Curry never got ba cv k to me and DOESN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS. So HE LIED TOO......
