Honestly the best thing I ever decided to do. After years of suffering with bloating, migraines, tiredness and more. I went for a test and was shocked by my intolerance
Ims. But I changed my diet. It took time to fill my cupboards with the rights foods and change my eating habits but I feel so much better. Iona was so patient and explained everything. And ever since has always been at hand to ask further questions. I was on migraine medication for years. Having at least 2 a wk and now don’t get them. And my stomach is no longer bloated and uncomfortable. You need to put the work in but it’s worth it to feel better.

After making contact I was messaged back right away and had an appointment the following morning fortunately. I was made to feel very welcome through the whole process and Iona explained everything in detail which all made sense and understand. I look forward to my journey making changes to the foods that not good for me to see what difference it makes to my life. Very excited

Iona is an expert in her field, everything was explained to me clearly and in an easy to follow manner. The process was very easy to do, and the results were very informative, I have had a follow up email and I would defiantly recommend Testme Health.

When I went to Testme Inverness the results of the blood test confirmed what I was told 20 years ago when I attended a kinesiologist. When the results came back highting Gluten and Dairy I was not surprised. It was not any great difficulty to cut out gluten and dairy products, as I did it 18 years ago when I was 47. I stuck with it for ten years feeling a massive improvement in my all round health and after that period of abstention I slowly introduced both products gradually into my diet. I thought my body had fixed the overloading of dairy and wheat products, and I think it had. As usual when you go back to something that you stop eating or drinking then you over indulge like the proverbial alcoholic. The careless eating was affecting me in many different ways weight gain and feeling asthmatic when I lay down to sleep at night.
Since I got my results back from the lab I have cut out all traces of dairy and gluten and dairy and am already feeling the benefits.
So far I have relayed my experience of Testme to three people my social circle and all three want to do the blood test.

Having stomach issues for years I must admit I was a wee bit sceptical if an an intolerance test would make a difference but the result has transformed things for me. No more nausea or upset tummies.

I recently purchased the youth test at home kit for food intolerances for my daughter. The whole process was very straightforward and the results came through quickly and were very easy to understand (for her as well which was important)
We can now make changes as a family and hopefully this will be the change my daughter needs to put an end to her tummy troubles.

Recently had intolerance testing for our 4yr old daughter.

Iona was great at communicating from the first email enquiry to after blood results.

Within the first week of eliminating certain foods (early days I know) we have seen amazing difference in our daughter.
She is less bloated, having normal bowel movements, stopped saying her tummy is sore and has been finishing meals.

As a family we are enjoying wheat and dairy free alternatives together.

We are still navigating and learning about alternatives options. Having Iona's support and handbook has been a great help.

During my face to face appointment with Iona I found her very easy to talk to and she had an excellent knowledge of all aspects of food allergies and what triggers them .The test allowed me to understand what was triggering my reactions and then go on to control this with a new form a diet and eating .

I’ve had gut health issues on and off for ages and after no luck from GP appointments, I knew I needed to take matters into my own hands.

I recently visited Iona at Testme Health after decades of accepting my stomach issues were normal to discover that they aren’t.
