I only got tested 2 days ago so have still to feel and see the benefit of the findings. What I can confirm right now is that Iona knows her stuff and I feel so confident about the changes to come through her knowledge, detailed explanations and guidance. I went with no preconceptions. I wanted to be open to everything as I didn't really know what was wrong. I just knew something wasn't quite right and i wasn't my usual self. So the quick and simple tests have pointed me in a particular health direction and I'm excited to see the benefits.

Iona is so nice and really knowledgeable at what she does , it’s a lot to take in but the leaflets are very helpful telling you what you have to avoid , I’m looking forward to changing things food and drink wise , Shame I have to give up wine 😂!!

The knowledge Iona has & how she’s explains everything is phenomenal. My daughter who was having severe tummy pains with a diagnosis of endometriosis thought she’d give this a go. She has completely cut out the diary, wheat, gluten that came up in her test and it’s just amazing seeing the improvement.

I went 2 weeks later, diary came up for me too. I drank milk/ lattes like there is no tomorrow & I am a new person with how I feel with the changes recommended. Best thing we have ever done. Thank you!

I first saw Iona in late 2017, having suffered with worsening skin issues over several months with no help or solution offered by doctors I was advised to get bio-resonance testing carried out. Iona made detailed observations of my symptoms, life style, eating patterns etc and then proceeded to carry out the test. This returned an alarmingly long list of foods to which I am intolerant as well as various mineral deficiencies. Several of the main food groups were included and she helped me get to grips with the changes I would need to make. Within two months of completely eliminating all the items on the list there was noticeable improvement in my skin, after six months I was completely clear. I do still have relapses and Iona has been able to identify several additional trigger foods for me but has always been on hand to help me manage my dietary needs and give the support that I need to maintain my diet and overall gut health. For anyone struggling with health issues they feel may be diet related I would highly recommend this avenue, it helps to have an open mind - if you are prepared to take the results on board though and change your habits then the results are spectacular!
