Teyvatavern Reviews

Conformecaux photos, je suis tres satisfait

The shopping and shipping experience was excellent! Shipped within a couple of days and arrived within two weeks. The quality of the product was amazing. It also included some freebies.

Item arrived as ordered. Ellen Joe is beautiful. She is the best character Hoyoverse has ever designed. High quality details. Easy set up. And the bonus gifts were adorable!

Delivery was prompt, and the products weren't damaged or anything, as to be expected. The wrapping itself was the most secure I've ever received. It took like 2 minutes to open lol. I don't really ever leave reviews for anything, but an acrylic keychain blind bag was included as a gift, so I have a little Evelyn, free of charge! I'll definitely be returning for any future Hoyo merch purchases!

I bought a water bottle from Teyvat Tavern and the shipping and packaging was handled with care. The water bottle arrived, but unfortunately the top lid was missing from the packaging.

Thankfully, when I reached out to customer service to explain the problem, they offered to send me a full replacement water bottle with no components missing, free of charge!

I am very satisfied with the customer service experience and impressed with the efficiency . Thank you teyvat tavern!

Quick delivery and friendly communication. Couldn't ask for more.

Contacted customer service about an issue i had and they were super quick to respond and very helpful providing information. They also got my parcel shipped out really quickly. Thankyou!!

Good quality, good customer service, trusty website

I pre-ordered some items. Their communication via e-mail was good and when the items were released, they arrived very soon (within 7-15 days, it was around 8 days for me). Again, communication was good and I could track every step of the process. I have to say they're a bit more expensive than some other sellers but they are trustworthy and the service is really good.

Overall amazing communication - I had pre-ordered a large set of items that were each set to release later in the year, and they were kind enough to ship each small batch of items as they were released, rather than waiting until all were released and sending them all at the end, which was really nice.

Tracking numbers were provided with all parcels sent, as were small gifts, which were sweet, and order updates for each parcel were additionally sent in real-time.

Teyvat Tavern was one of the few places that sold the entire set of items I was looking for at a reasonable price. Overall, very happy with their service. All products additionally came in perfect condition.

The product is great and the additional small gifts were a nice surprise

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PACKAGE TRACKER ON WEBSITE!! customer service are sweethearts and the package tracking system on the website is rlly streamline and easy to understand!!!!

Very regular updates, nice and personal E-Mails

The Service itself is great.

Although the end product came with slight but overseeable defects which isnt the sellers fault and could just be a bad batch

All in all a good place to buy

Customer service was excellent, they helped me get the address changed once I realized it was being shipped to the wrong place. The product arrived exactly as advertised and in proper working order. I'm very pleased with everything

Fast delivery. Excellent communication. Grateful for the included tool, and charging cable.

Customer service and communication was excellent!

Package arrived just in time for the Hoyofair concert! Lead time was around 1.5 weeks between order and arrival, so plan accordingly!

Genuine product, fast shipping, transparent tracking, great service. I was looking for a specific merchandise item and was happy to find it here, since other shops that had it didn't seem trustworthy enough. In the end, I'm happy and satisfied with my purchase on Teyvatavern and will consider buying from them again in the future.

Es war ganz einfach und freundlich
