Teyvatavern Reviews

Really great packaging and communication!

Entrega rápida. El responsable de Teyvat Tabern es muy atento con las compras de los clientes. Te informa de todo lo que pueda suceder con tu pedido. Si no hay stock o si tardará en llegar. Muy buen trato. Gracias.

The Products are very high quality and my order arrived really fast. I had no issue with it getting through customs since everything was already paid.

I highly recommend this service. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and everything has always arrived safe and intact.

The last time I ran into an issue where my Castorice figure came with a manufacturing defect (the metal parts wouldn’t stay connected). However the team not only helped me resolve the problem but also arranged to send a replacement figure which was incredibly kind of them ❤️

El producto era el esperado, llego antes de lo estimado, estoy calificando el servicio y la atención, el único detalle, fue el contenido del cd, los pines que lo sostenían estaban rotos y el cd sufrió rayones, todo lo demás venía como lo esperado.

Came right on time and was packaged with care.

Correspondence is top-notch - always kept up with delivery and kept me informed. My items were separated. Furthermore, I've received my first item which is exactly how I expected. I have no doubts that the second item will be delivered also as expected.

My order was processed quickly and arrived fast, everything was well packed, no damage inside. The products are officials. Tho it's a little bit expensive, service and quality were there so I'd recommend it.

I am super happy I ordered from this website! The plushies I got were super soft and well packaged. Everything came in such a timely manner and I appreciated how communicative they were during the shipping process.

Arrived on time and even had a small extra keychain included that made my daughter very happy! It was a character she also really liked so it was a nice surprise. I’ll definitely shop here again in the future. Thank you!

Amazing experience ordering internationally! They went above and beyond with communication, care, and customer service. Everything arrived perfectly, and the extra effort they put in really shows. Highly recommend!

I ordered a toy as a birthday present for a girl. She liked it very much, the delivery was fast and the quality is on top

Not only were the products cute and good quality, the packaging was too! It was fun to just open the boxes themselves.

I like using this site since the customs are already prepaid which is quite convenient. The customer service is very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions quickly whenever I had them! My orders have aways arrived safe and on-time as well. Looking forward to using this site again <3
