Teyvatavern Reviews

Customer service was very helpful and kind when there was confusion in tracking due to political climate.

Packaging was very nice and was very generous in a couple of freebies. Will definitely buy from again once settled down 💙

The item arrived safely and being managed accordingly

Great quality, shipment exactly around the time that was announced during pre-order

Every order I placed with them went flawlessly. They shipped everything on time and I received small gifts with every package that I ordered. I recommend them, they are reliable. :)

Shipping was fast, packaged nicely. Got everything I ordered

The products are exactly as presented in the pictures, they are high quality but surprisingly comfortable. And the company is nice and gives fast and clear replies in case of a problem. Would recommend

I ordered delivery to Germany. Despite some confusion with the address along the way, the package arrived quickly—in just two weeks. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the quality of the product. All authenticity labels are present. The packaging was excellent, even more than necessary. Receiving this package was an absolute pleasure!

Tracking my package was flawless and it came, a lil bit late however it still arrived in perfect condition and only a couple of days later than expected(that being only my country's mail service fault)

My package came quicker than what I was expecting! And the product came in good quality and everything came correctly!

After searching for a while for a particular official Mihoyo product I found this site. Seeing the price and the promise of genuine items I decided to try my luck. I'm really glad I did, 'cause now I know where I can get those official products I was looking for at a good price and without having to wait for an indefinite time.

It came save and Quality is perfect!!
Recieving in a great package and even with a small keychain (I got Furina) and the card. In all from my review, I love this!! Baret quality, soft material, waterproof (was in rain with it and holds up great!) and feels cozy. Perfect! ^^

Shipping was super fast and communication with service was insanely good. Product arrived in perfect condition.

fast delivery even during holidays, product came undamaged and they also gave a little keychain as a gift

Good customer service, Product quality meets expectations, Good communication with customer, accurate real time uppdate off items where abouts, items arrived in perfect conditions in good packaging, extra items reward for exemple keychains, stickers etc. Some items can take alot off time, but in my expericence its worth the wait.

Fast shipping, good communication, and some bonuses in the package!

Thank you to Yanky who reached out to me because of an issue in my account. They also emailed me every time there’s a status change to the item that is going to be shipped. Yanky is super fast in replying emails! This is the fastest I ever experience in my whole online shopping life! Kudos to them!

Now onto the merch! I bought it as a birthday present for myself and it arrived within a week. I didn’t think it would be THAT fast. It is definitely the official merch. They decided to throw in 2 free gifts! I love it so much, thank you to the team!!
