The Window Co Reviews

The Window Company was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I had some concerns about changing all the windows on our house. It’s a big commitment and it’s not something you want to get wrong. Having the right product and the right outcomes and the right service and the right follow up is critical. I have to say, I found The Window Company did not disappoint, the appraisal of what could be done was very honest and their execution was outstanding. Also impressed me was that they detected some minor fault in a couple of units when on site , they immediately alerted their manufacturer to replace it, which I thought was very honest of them , I would highly recommend them to anyone who was thinking of having a major change in their home we opted for triple glazing to try and make our home as efficient as possible. Brilliant company, easy to deal with and great showroom

Huge thank you to Adam, Andy & Alan at The Window Company for installing our gorgeous new windows! Who knew how much difference windows without led would make! Feels sooo much brighter! The guys have been brilliant, easy to chat to and very professional. Thank you again!

Great communication
On all advertising there were images and names of the staff members so you felt you were dealing with people. Felt valued as a customer and the staff members were friendly but always professional. The work was completed and there was not a speck of dust and the fitters were efficient at all times.

Extremely happy with every single aspect of this company. Would highly recommend! From the outset every member of the team has been helpful and friendly. I’d like to particularly mention Sally and Paul for their excellent customer service. Adam and Andy are excellent fitters and their precision for detail is tremendous. Nothing was too much trouble to them and they went over and above by helping to sort an issue I had with an existing door fitting. The quality of the work has been outstanding and we would definitely use this company again.

Had our windows and doors fitted by The Window Company. Fast turnaround, highly efficient, amazing standard and quality workmanship. Courteous team with a high strong work ethic - a special mention to Andy, Adam, Nev, Alan, Nige and Darren. So delighted with the work and professionalism shown. Highly recommend the team who are a credit to the Company. Would certainly recommend The Window Company to others.

Windows fitted well and on time.

We are a block management company and have used The Window Company for all our communal installations, both windows and doors. Seemless operation from start to finish, excellent product and the team are nothing more than supberb. We can't recommend The Window Company more highly! thank you Wayne, Angela, Paul & all the team.

The service I received from start to finish was excellent. My initial call for a replacement door was dealt with professionally and sales representative came round within a couple of days. Surveyor arrived a couple of weeks later to measure up and advised approximately 6 weeks for installation. I received a call after 4 weeks and were able to accommodate my work shifts to install. On the daythe fitters arrived on time very friendly and efficient. Completed the job quickly and left the place clean and tidy. The quality of the the workmanship is excellent and I would highly recommend The Window Company to anyone.

Happy to recommend

We visited The Window Co after receiving recommendations from family & neighbours who had used their services. From the moment we completed the request for a quote & spoke with Steve, we have had excellent service.
We called into the showroom to look at the options and decided to place an order for a new front door including side panels. A member of the team called to take precise measurements & we were advised of a 4-6 week window for manufacture & fitting.
I received a call from Angela offering us a fitting exactly 4 weeks after the order was made. We were given an afternoon time slot.
The team arrived on time and fitted the door & panels within 4 1/2 hours. They left the area clean & tidy.
We are extremely pleased with the door & the service we received.

The Window Co. replaced all of our windows and doors 5 years ago and did an excellent job.
Recently a large bird flew into our bedroom window and smashed the outer pain of glass. The Window company still had the measurements on file so were able to order a new sealed unit to be made straight away. I was advised that this would be ready to install in 7 to 10 days. Angela contacted me as soon as the unit was ready and arranged for it to be fitted the same day. A gentleman arrived that afternoon and installed the new unit with no mess at all.
I would highly recommend The Window Company. Good quality and excellent service.

Excellent service at a very competitive price. Fitters were professional and I am very happy with the works they carried out :)

I’d never had my windows replaced before, and was nervous about choosing the right company to get all of our windows, french doors and back door replaced. I can say now that choosing The Window Co was the best decision we could have made, not only were they the cheapest quote we received, the quality of the work they’ve done is outstanding - I couldn’t be happier with the result, the finish is excellent, and the attention to detail is very impressive. Nev & Alan were lovely to deal with and take real pride in their work, kept me informed throughout, cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, and helped me out with a couple of bits around the house that needed doing even though they didn’t need to. Steve did a great job replacing our bay window roof which had been leaking. On top of all of that, they also worked through two days of sleet and snow to get the job finished on time.

If I ever need any work doing on my windows or doors, I wouldn’t even consider anyone else - quality work like this makes me a customer for life.

Thanks again to all the fitters who worked on this job for us!

Great service from start to finish and Sean, who installed our windows, was superb - very tidy and friendly. Would definitely recommend

The Window Co staff made every effort to be flexible to have the windows fitted in a very specific time frame. Specifically thank you Angela!
The 2 teams of window fitters were polite and courteous, clearing up at the end of the day.
