My hot tub purchase experience was fantastic
My hot tub purchase experience was great. They kept me updated on the status of my hot tub and when I could expect it to be delivered. The hot tub was delivered on the exact date they promised. The delivery driver was kind enough to deliver the hot tub to the back of my house and even placed it on my back porch where we wanted it installed. The hot tub has been great. I would highly recommend buying a hot tub from Aqualife Outlet.

DO NOT BUY. TRASH TUB
-We have had 2 technicians come out. The amount spent on said technicians. It is more than we paid for the tub.
How am I going to dispose of a hot tub? Since what ever company is in charge will not take it back.
I not sure who is in charge of how money is spent. But they are less than intelligent . They have used all the money we paid, to try to fix it. Now they are going to spend money to ship us a new one!?!?!
Still trash.
I have no idea who to speak with anymore regarding this issue.
No one wants to say they are responsible.
We have been fighting to have a repair. Took almost 4 months. It is not repairable.
Now they won’t take the dead tub away. Want to send a new one.
Won’t refund our money.
WOULD NEVER BUY OR CONSIDER THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Hello, Alicia...I am sorry to hear the issues you are having with your spa. We have only received one notice of your spa having a leak, and we sent you the details to talk with the manufacturer about resolving the issue.
Since then, we have not heard anything back from you, including any response to the troubleshooting tips we provided in that message.
We are well past any ability for the 30 satisfaction guarantee, but we are glad to help you coordinate with the manufacturer, if needed. Obviously, we will reach out to them and see what has been done already; and, we would love to hear your understanding of the situation, as of now.
I have never seen Strong Spas not stand behind their spa. They will not refund at all. If they deem the tub is not repairable, they will replace it with a new tub. Otherwise, they will send a tech to accomplish any repairs. The only issues I have seen with this is when the customer does not cooperate with them or the techs.
Back in February, we could have talked about the satisfaction guarantee, but we are still glad to help with the manufacturer, if desired. Please update us and let us know if we can help.
