I recently bought 2 beds from The Bed Specialist. In the showroom, Nick was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and tolerant! He helped guide me in making what is quite a big decision. He was regularly in conact after the order had been made about the delivery, and the 2 delivery men were fantastic and managed to get the very large bed and mattress up the rather tight staircase! Finally, the beds are wonderful! Thank you Nick and team

You can guarantee good advice and quality products. This purchase was a double mattress for a spare bed so I wanted inexpensive and no-one tried to upsell. I’m a returning customer and I’ve still got bed frames I bought here 20 years ago and I’m also very pleased with a new king size mattress and pillows I bought a couple of years ago.
Delivery is quick and they take care while in your home. Excellent service all round and I highly recommend this store.

Would recommend this company .Have just enjoyed my first night on my new mattress .

The bed specialist on Preston Road are my go to for a new mattress. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable on all things beds and pillows, I really can’t recommend them enough. They are reassuringly expensive, but you get what you pay for, and what you get is high quality and a great nights sleep for years to come!

Excellent Quality - Beds and Staff!
Very helpful and knowledgable staff in the shop who guided us through the range of beds available, until we found the one for us. Delivery was within a couple of weeks and our bed arrived without any problems, including negotiating our stairs!
Quality of the beds is excellent, as are all the staff.
Would not hesitate to recommend.
