Personal Buying Experience!
We decided to buy our new mattress from a local family company hoping for a more personalised experience and advice due to suffering from a painful back. We weren't disappointed, not rushed, lots of advice, lots of choice and no pressure! We haven't actually slept on our new mattress yet but am confident we will get a good night sleep when we do. I would, and have, recommend anyone in the market for a new mattress or pillow to shop here!

Their service is impeccable from ordering to delivery, the atmosphere is calm to enable you to select your bed/mattress and the staff have thorough knowledge of each bed. We’ve bought several mattresses from The Bed Specialist over the past 30+ years and the service and professionalism has always been excellent.
The sales team are extremely knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested in getting the right mattress for you. I didn’t feel under any pressure to make a purchase but glad we did as we are really pleased with our new mattress.
The delivery was quicker than expected and, again, the service was excellent.

There was no pressure
There was no pressure. We were allowed to test the different beds/ mattresses without sales pressure but given information when we asked questions.

Terrible experience with Nick and Bed…
Terrible experience with Nick and Bed Specialist. Ordered a mattress pad for my mattress. A month later it arrives. I take it out of the box and open the packet to discover it's a single not a king size as requested. Nick was incredibly rude and patronising and refused to help. Be careful with this company.
