Over the years I have bought various beds from the Bed Specialists and recently purchased a new mattress. I have always appreciated the help I have received to understand the differences between the various items on display. They are very knowledgeable and encourage you to try the display items to ensure you are happy with your choice.
When they delivered the mattress they were very careful to avoid damaging my stair lift and removed the old mattress which was very heavy.

Bought a riser/recliner chair, sofa and armchair as part of Sherbourne Keswick sofa suite collection. We also bought 2 single Vispring beds, joined as a king size, but able to operate independently as feet and head raiser. The support and help given by The Bed Specilaist team and the installation was brilliant. Both systems operate easily and are very comfortable after nearly 5 years. So much so, that we bought riser/recliners for our parents. They love them.

The experience I have just had with this company has me racing to my laptop to recommend them to anyone who, like me, has been going round in circles trying to get to speak to a real person about a bedding issue. I wanted to purchase 2 vegan coverless duvets but could only find coverless OR vegan. However, one major supplier's specification (for Night Owl waffle product) looked very much from its spec like the duvet was vegan but, when I contacted the company by chat, I got a short answer.. no not vegan. I could not get hold of them by phone and then chanced upon this company who responded instantly by phone, listened and gave a really well-informed answer. As a result of the information, I decided to go ahead and buy the duvets from The Bed Specialist (and will probably be buying another couple). Bed specialist will now always be our go to place for beds, we didn’t need to spend long in there as we know what sort of thing we like & we were shown those type of mattresses. We bought a bed, mattress & pillows from them & wouldn’t hesitate to go back for future beds.
