Oli conducted a condition assessment of my boiler. He was highly knowledgeable and demonstrated excellent customer service by being both polite and patient in answering all of my questions.

Oli was also very accommodating, readily adjusting his schedule to fit my availability.

Additionally, he provided valuable guidance on necessary follow-up services, which I found incredibly helpful.

Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble, they arrived on time, completed all the work, were clean and tidy and did a super job. They were able to advise on some extra work that needed doing, which they came straight back and did. All at a sensible price. You know you are a getting a quality service with Boiler Link and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I don’t think this company trades any more. Oliver lives in Rye now apparently. Probably explains why we’ve had no response, for months, to emails, whatsapp, their website form and why they don’t answer the phone.
Boiler is still under warranty, leaks and isn’t wired properly. Guess we’ll have to get in contact with trading standards or small claims court or something.

Fantastic service .We were without heating at the weekend ,contacted Boilerlink on Monday ,boiler fitted Friday.We were amazed the care they took to make sure everything was tidy and working before they left.

I happened upon Boiler Link last year and they serviced and supplied a gas safe certificate for a rented property for me. Time keeping impeccable and the tenant was very happy with the work. Since then I have used them for my own property (New boiler in an awkward position) and replacement radiators all of which was taken in their stride. Another rented property boiler serviced today with Gas safe. Excellent service and transparent pricing will keep me as a customer.

Quick, efficient, friendly

I have a Vaillant EcoTech boiler and since its installation I have not had one annual satisfactory boiler service from a number of companies including Vaillant's own service engineers. So after not receiving one quote from Checkatrade I found Boiler Link. I received a fair quote speedily from Oliver and we agreed on a date without a long lead time. I have deliberately waited a while before writing this review to ensure all the work carried out by Tom stood up to the test. I can safely say Tom did a stirling job servicing my boiler and replaced 2 radiator thermostats. I highly recommend Oliver and his team if you want your Vaillant boiler serviced.

Following a cancelation from British Gas, despite having a maintenance contract with them. these guys were very quick, Efficient and friendly.
They serviced my boiler and gas fire without any fuss.
i have gone and taken out a service contact with them about 35 percent cheaper than my previous one with Britishgas
