Very nice watch bands for my Apple Watch.

Horrible return process. Avoid this company.

Great website, easy ordering, good delivery, awesome product AND good service… So I ordered three straps, two came and were perfect, love them. One wasn’t quite right (wrong colour adapters). Mistakes happen, no dramas -> but you know, normally getting something replaced/fixed is a problem. Not with The Bridge. Easy support interaction and new strap on the way. LOVE this kind of service. So overall, I’m really happy with the product, it’s making me wear my Apple Watch Ultra more now that I’ve got a collection of straps! 🙌

Sarah and the staff have been great in making my experience with ordering watch straps from the Bridge an enjoyable one. Speedy delivery, excellent quality, great looking strap.

My original package arrived empty, which was disappointing because I was excited to try my new watch bands. However, Sarah and the team at The Bridge Watches responded incredibly quickly, apologized sincerely, and immediately arranged replacements after I sent photos of the packaging.

The replacement bands have now arrived, and they’re fantastic! I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and really appreciate the friendly, professional customer service and prompt resolution. Great strap fits beautifully and good quality

The Helm is the fifth band I've bought from The Bridge, and it may be my favorite. I wore it every day during a recent international trip, in and out of the water and through plenty of heat, and it still looks brand new. It's also versatile enough to pair with a sport coat or casual summer clothes without looking out of place. In addition to excellent quality, the customer service has been fantastic.

I purchased three straps from these guys. Shipping from the UK to the USA and unfortunately when the package arrived was broken and empty. Clearly either Royal Mail or USPS lost the merchandise and decided it was fine to just deliver an empty envelope. I contacted customer service and they promptly shipped replacements my way. The straps look great too. So great product and great customer service.

The perfect style upgradeI love the Ultra 3's tech, but wanted something less "nerdy" and more sophisticated. This strap nailed it. Outstanding solid materials, great color accents, and a massive boost in style. I will definitely be buying more to start a collection!

Strap arrived as ordered, upon arrival I decided that the strap wasn’t to my liking in the flesh. Contacted Bridge to return the strap. They make you jump through a lot of hoops to return the product. It’s now 4 working days and they’ve stopped replying to emails, so I don’t seem to be able to return or replace the strap. Also their email servers seem to send your emails to spam after a while. I’d be very cautious buying anything from this company.

Leather AppleWatch Strap is excellent quality. Fits perfect and the blue colour is perfect. Will buy others!
