DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I Ordered pair of shoes. When they arrived they were the wrong shoes and the incorrect size. After much discussion with their AI complaints department, I finally took a 35% refund on a pair of shoes that I did not order, nor could I wear, to end this unsatisfactory shopping experience

Ordered multiple items all in the same size
1x swimsuit set fit and was all the same size and 1x dress fit (not very flattering but nothing wrong with it) however the other 3 items varied greatly.
1x set (blue) the sizing was correct however the main one-piece was not the one advertised or ordered
1x (pink) swimsuit was tagged as the same size however every item had a different waist measurement. The bikini top was too small the one-piece was correct, the skirt had an extra 3 inches around the waistband.
1x Jacket was 100% polyester but description dictated a wool blend.
Contacted the team the same day with photos and clear quality issues, they argued that the ‘our item didn’t fit you well’, detailing that returning would likely be an inconvenience for time and cost offered the following with the ability to ‘negotiate’ 30 cash code to purchase another item and said to gift the items to a friend. Or exchange for different size or style which wasn’t the issue I receive the wrong style in the first place and then he set had different sizes detailed as the same which obviously isn’t the case from the 1 correct set I didn’t get. They resent and said misspoke and it would be a $56 cash code.
I restated the issues which was not size and had said I didn’t think that was sufficient considering the cost of the items I was returning equated to $256 AUD and a credit didn’t fill me with hope as I wasn’t fond of other designs and didn’t want the same thing to occur if I reordered the items I wanted.
Then offered a $72 cash code, I requested they send the correct one-piece of the blue set and the $72 cash code. The blue was the main reason I purchased anything at all. Responded about returning it to replace for a different size which again wasn’t the issue it was the wrong item and said $40 cash code. Which defeats the purpose if I was returning 1 item I might as well return all for full refund.
I reiterated the issue with the images again (3rd time I believe) and if it is not possible to send the return details so I can return the items for full refund. No response received sent a follow up a week later due to their strict return policy. Have just received a response again apologising that ‘our item didn’t fit you well’ reiterating cost and time to return offered the $40 cash code, less than previous offers. Have responded requesting return details so it can be returned in the required timeframe and refunded. No reply came from the company so I followed up through PayPal who had their own wait period which went unreported to and I received the refund I wanted and retained the clothes due to the delay and failure to respond

BEWARE!!!! I purchased numerous items that I did not like or didn’t fit. Like many other reviews my two week return window closed because I emailed for return authorization and did not hear back. When I finally did (after many attempts to contact them) they wanted to know my weight, height and body measurements to know why the items didn’t fit. I refused to provide them and simply asked for the return authorization so I could mail my items back. I had to eventually dispute the purchase through Amex. Chichero went back to Amex and said they would be willing to work with me on an outcome. I sent my items back and they wanted to refund me $144 instead of $173. They said it was for shipping but I paid for the return shipping and the shipping to me was free. Amex ended up covering the full dispute amount. This whole ordeal took about 4 months to have cleared up.

I would give it a zero if I could. I purchased two suits, and they just didn't fit. I asked to return them and it's now been 3+weeks since I reached out and I cannot get them to provide the authorization for a return (as they require). The online support argued with me about exchange larger would not fit, as this was a "my boobs are too big" issue. They have not responded to my request for return status updates, and I'm not hopeful they will. Also, as a heads up - they ask for a photo of you in the items you are returning - you cannot submit a request for return without a photo which I find appalling.

The ads online look cute, but the product is complete garbage. Cheap material, see through swimsuit, so high cut its a thong on both sides. Contacted customer service immediately to return, and they argued with me repeatedly expecting me to exchange the product or accept credit only - then got incredibly rude and expect me to not only pay for the return, but then to wait for 14 days after they receive the package before they will issue a refund. Garbage product, garbage customer service.

THE worst experience I've ever had. I received the bathroom suits on the mail and I know I ordered Core which is basically medium. These are the worst made bathing suits I've ever bought. I couldn't even get the top to my shoulders to get it on. I've been trying for 3 days now to get someone to get back to me. I think I'm just gonna take the loss. Because it seems no one gets their money back anyways. Don't waste your time or money dealing with this place.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Customer service is horrible. It lies on their website and says that 100% satisfaction guaranteed, easy returns, easy exchanges. None of this is true. When I initially went to return it, then I discovered that you have to go through this whole big ordeal. When I finally was able to get a hold of somebody to start the process, they actually emailed me back with the option of basically eating my money or sending it back at my expense for an exchange. They also wanted me to haggle with the conditions of me, sending it back and what they had “suggested.” I had to reach out to them after weeks because I had not heard from them. When I got their next email, they screwed up and sent a message to several customers at once and included all of our information so that I could see the other customers emails and what not. They had added stipulations to sending the piece back that they had not said the first time around.
When I finally got the new swimsuit in the mail, it is just so cheaply made there’s no way that it can fit anybody. This is a trash company. The quality of their swimsuit is not worth the money. It is so, so cheap looking.

Don’t do it! The swimsuits look cute in ads but it’s a scam! The material is cheap. The suit is see-through! The sizing is wrong. I ordered according to their chart and got a one-size-fits-all that barely covers my boobs. And I’m not plus size! There’s no way these suits marketed to plus sized women actually fit plus sized. And when you try to get a refund, they only offer a store credit for less than half of what you paid. Stay far, far away!

Do not order from this company. I received my order over a month after ordering. I contacted them within 2 hrs of receiving so I could return it. They said I was over my 15 days they base it on the express delivery time. That makes no sense how can u return an item before you even get it.

Over a month to get product. Reached out to customer service the same day received for a return because the bathing suit was completely see through. And they want to “negotiate” with me? So frustrated and annoyed. I would have tried them again in the future because the fit was great. But not now after this experience of fighting to get my money back and follow their return policy which they so clearly discourage against.

Horrible clothing . The sizing chart is completely wrong . The quality of the fabric is beyond sub par . Customer service does not respond . They do not express their shipping . Took my order 3 weeks to come in after paying for expedited shipping . Company says they will credit me $96 for a $230 order ? No I want my money back . Items were unworn and I was completely dissatisfied with the sized and quality . I cannot even wear these items if I wanted to :/ so disappointed . Please do not waste your time or money . Saw this on Instagram . False advertising . :/update : also ships from Hong Kong not a UK company as advertised . Now they won’t even grant the $96 credit they initially offered . They said absolutely no refunds only exchanges . And again they stopped responding to me . :/

Love the quality of the material and it fits great. Just wish there was more support for larger breast.

I love the quality of the materials and the pants as well as the skirt fits great.
The only thing I have to say is that the top part of the bathing suit sits well only when I'm standing. I don't know if it is because I don't fill it out enough, but as soon as I bend down or sit, the front bulges out and leaves nothing to the imagination. It might just be the way my body is, I am smaller around my shoulders and waist than around my hips.

This company is a bunch of mercenaries trying to steal your money with cheap and terrible products. You order based on their sizing and the sizes are off. When you try to return the merchandise for a refund in their 15 day window, they ignore your messageS for DAYS and then start sending you "counter offers." They tell you WHY DONT YOU KEEP THOSE TERRIBLE ITEMS THAT DONT FIT AND ORDER MORE OF THEM?! WE WILL GIVE YOU 10% OF YOUR MONEY BACK. Or they tell you THIS IS GOING TO COST YOU SO MUCH MONEY TO RETURN TO US. and then they don't send you a label. Or they threaten to have you pay out of pocket to return the item to the UK so they offer you 40% of your refund. it's a scam. It's a scam for cheap and fast fashion. Mercenaries and disgusting.

I ordered an XL and you sent a very very small One Size Fits ALL. VERY DISAPPOINTING.... I really wanted the swimsuit and skirt for a trip to Spain. I felt as though I was a victim of a bait and switch

Package never arrived and only received 50% refund. I wish I had read these reviews first. When I ordered I could only find positive reviews and that it was a legit company.

I placed an order for trousers after seeing them on Instagram but when the items came they were poor quality and not at all suitable. After emailing them to enquire about the returns process, I returned all items including the packing slip and a copy of the email order confirmation. Two months later and still no refund, despite several emails chasing them and sending proof of postage and tracking stating they received the parcel! Only one reply received asking if I had actually included the returns slip!

Next stop, credit card company to open a case against them!

I ordered several items after seeing people reviewing them on Tiktok. When they arrived nothing was long enough and so I had to send everything back. No return card was in the parcel so I emailed the to ask what I needed to do, the response was to send back and once I could prove the return had happened I would recieve my refund. I emailed them the tracking proof of return weeks ago and still have no refund. Ive tried emailing multiple times and they are ignoring me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

First time excellent service, great trousers.
This time appalling, the dress wasnt what I was expecting, sizing most odd. Sent it back tracked 27th and can see delivered 29th, inspite of emailing etc still no refund.... 18 days later still waiting....delivery charges very high too
