Turned up on time when expected. Workmen were excellent and hardworking. Excellent workmanship and great communication from office. All in all full service from start to finish. Would recommend this company with no hesitation.

From the initial survey to complete installation Conservatory Roof Converters provided a first class personal service. We were kept up to date as to when tradesmen would arrive and what they would be doing. Each timescale was strictly adhered to except for the electrician, through no fault of his own, was caught in traffic and had to postpone till following day. Every stage of the work was carried out with minimal disruption and professionalism.

Delivered on time and completed without any problems. All great trades people, introduced themselves when they arrived and worked very efficiently. Really pleased with the end result, and I am looking forward to the winter in our conservatory.

Everyone (architect, structural engineer, office staff, builders and painters) knew their role and responsibilities really well and all work was done to a really high standard. Everyone was very helpful, patient and friendly, and it was a delight to welcome them into our home. No mess, no hassle and just great work.

We are delighted with the end result, and now that we’ve been through a winter and some warm spring weather we know we really did the right thing in converting the roof from glass (oven & fridge) to something that can be used all year round.

A great experience with The Conservatory Converters. I had recently moved into a new property and quickly realised I needed to get some work done on the conservatory which was freezing cold / roasting hot depending on the weather. I requested a call back via the website and someone called me the same day and I booked an appointment for someone to come out & talk about my options. Fraser arrived and explained all of my options and I decided to go ahead with internal insulation. A week later the guys arrived to complete the insulation, they were really professional and the work was completed quickly, within a couple of hours. Over the next couple of weeks the plasterer and painter arrived & they both did a great job. I am really happy with the work that has been completed, it has made a huge difference in room temperature and I'm saving to get the external work done...hopefully before the end of the year so I can enjoy using my conservatory during the colder winter months.

Once agreed, carried out a swift survey, even got a discount. Good team of workers wrapped up the installation in 2 days. Had to prompt for removing the skip a day late, which was the suppliers fault. Plastered and painted within 3 weeks. They also provided an architect to manage survey and structural engineer and sort council planning. Just awaiting council sign off. Overall, very happy with the experience.

When the guys who actually do the work arrived they all ...from the conversion roofing guys to the internal plaster boarding guys to the plasterer to the painter...all worked hard and did good jobs ...i was home every day they were here so was able to see just how well the work was being done... but it wasnt hassle free in terms of their office organising when work would actually be done so a number of unexpected and frustrating delays were experienced...all when I had arranged to take time off work to be here so lost time off when finding the guys weren't going to be coming on the days I was told to expect them. Also the company failed to advise the architects that two roof windows were part of the contract so architectural drawing sent to the local council for building application and approval did not include the windows on their drawings which then required a second corrective submission to the council authority. To the companies credit they accepted thy had made a mistake, corrected it with the architects in a timely manner so although delays have arisen because of their mistake... they did act quickly to resolve and rectify the situation....so although i would use this company again, my experience of the omission and delays experienced sadly only warrant a three star rating in my opinion.

The quick response to our initial enquiry, the sales visit was very informative and no hard sell, installation went as explained and very professional and the after care was excellent. Geat job from start to finish. Excellent trades personnel, worked hard all day, cleaned up daily before leaving the site and the finish was exceptional. I now have a conservatory conversion I can use 365 days a year whereas previously it was too hot in the summer like a greenhouse and too cold in the winter like a fridge.

Having had my conservatory roof replaced by this company I experienced water ingress at several points.
I was thoroughly messed about by office staff and had to eventually contact Trading Standards.
I know that there are several positive reviews on here and if you were one of them then good luck to you but it wasn’t my experience from a company who blamed birds pecking my roof to poor materials.
I have had ‘ponding’ on my roof since it was fitted and it looks like after 5 years the whole thing will have to be redone.
Please don’t waste your money on this company.

Excellent service from start to finish. All the guys that came were hard working and very tidy cleaning up everything after themselves. The finished roof is great and we can really feel the benefit already. Our conservatory will now be an all year room instead of being too hot or too cold at various points. The girls in the office were great keeping me updated as work progressed through the various stages -roof fitting -plastering-painting. Highly recommend this company.

Inside of conservatory completed and delighted with it. Each person from start to finish very efficient - came on time , worked hard , tidied up. Roof was insulated, plastered & painted. Outside will be done when weather better as need temperature above 8c for type of roof. I choose to get done separately , but could have waited and got together. Choice which I was delighted about. Cost transparent no hidden extras. Wished I had got it done years ago.
Now had the external done - the men were great - worked extremely hard everything done to an extremely high standard. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
