Customer service is awful nawaz throwing threats thinking hes a hard man as he has previous convictions messed me about when coming to measure and give price DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY TIME WASTERS.

The guy that came out to measure up got all his measurements completely wrong. That then sent a ripple effect to the tradespeople!! Walls had to be extended, shelves were all wrong, due to measurements being wrong. Coving having to be removed in some parts that could have been a major issue if not fir the joiner being great. Our joiner was called Martins and he was amazing in sorting out what might have been a major issue. The guy who came out measure up (think his name was Wahid'') should be nowhere near a measuring tape!! He called me up to ask if I still wanted to go ahead with the instal after I had already removed my gas fire and mantle piece and the sparks had already cut holes all over my walls!! Final job looks really good but, guys who measure up need to be sacked!!

Lee came to our property was really professional, showed us samples & what boards & panels would look good together, booked us in & the joiner came out who did a smashing job of putting everything together. Very clean & tidy job. Good customer service from Lee keeping me updated at a very discounted price! Thank you guys.

I had my media wall installed with Discount Media walls. Calvin Sean and Travis did the joinery work. There work is amazing. Pamela did the taping plastering and painting. Pamela work is outstanding. I would highly recommend this company. We love our Media wall

From my first initial meeting waheed was lovely and right to the point .. his advice and knowledge was spot on. We went for the oak colour panels with the light beige colour unit and back panel for tv … amazing combination.

Day of fitting again had no issues whatsoever. Fitter phoned and let me know his arrival time which was spot on and fitted the media wall within a few hours. Didn’t feel like a few hours especially with him being himself so definitely impressed 💜

Company gave me a phone to see if I was happy with everything in which I most definitely was 🥹

Decided not to proceed with them and sent numerous emails and messages to ask for £100 deposit back. No communication from them. Currently reporting them to Trading Standads. Avoid at all costs.

To this date NAZ and his admin staff have never replaced my fire place.

Avoid them at all costs might look like your getting a good deal but they will fix nothing.

Constant lies from Naz and all his staff.

Excuse after excuse , short staffed, no joiner , bla bla bla. Parts ordered , they will be dropped off , 7months later🤬

You are liars.

Avoid them, pay that little bit extra go elsewhere.

still waiting avoid this company cowboys give people a bit of respect a phone call five weeks and am back to square one one and a £100 out of pocket ,think a call to trading standards in order can’t treat people like this ,looking a reviews am not the first ……

I paid over £4,000 for a bespoke media wall, so I expected a high-quality finish. Unfortunately, the workmanship fell well below my expectations. The wall was finished using drywall jointing rather than being plaster skimmed, and the original finish had visible joint lines, ridges, filler marks and uneven surfaces that were clearly visible after painting.

To make matters worse, the workman failed to attend on the agreed day to rectify the issues. By 2pm I had received no phone call or message, and despite trying to contact both the workman and the company, nobody answered.

After I left a Facebook review, the owner, Naz, phoned me almost immediately. Instead of listening to my concerns, he repeatedly talked over me whenever I tried to explain why I was unhappy. His tone became raised, I felt that he was shouting at me rather than trying to resolve the issue, and he ended the call by hanging up on me. I found this completely unprofessional and very upsetting, especially as I was simply trying to discuss genuine concerns about a job I had paid thousands of pounds for.

To be fair, the workman Billy later apologised for missing the appointment and returned on the Monday to carry out remedial work. The finish is better than it was originally, and I appreciate that he came back. However, even after the repairs, it still isn’t the standard of finish I would expect for a bespoke media wall costing over £4,000.

Overall, while the design itself looks good, the quality of the finish and, in particular, the way my concerns were handled by Naz the owner have left me very disappointed. Good customer service is just as important as good workmanship, and unfortunately I did not receive either.
I would not recommend this company!

Do not use this company ever I gave my deposit to them on the 21st of July 2026 they gave me 3 different dates to carry out the work each time was a no show can't get them on there phone voicemail is full most likely poor people trying to complain and get there deposit back they are a disgrace from beginning to end I have been in contact with consumer rights / trading standards for help and have asked the rep who took my deposit to return it Do yourself a favour Don't waste your time or your money with these people ever

We have recently had our beautiful new Media wall installed by this company. Received First class service from Lee, would highly recommend him for his very helpful, & professional approach a top bloke. Our installation was done by Harvey who clearly takes pride in his workmanship as our media wall is stunning. Thank you so much guys u've been amazing to deal with and no problem to contact whatsoever. 10/10

Avoid still waiting for return of deposit don’t respond to voicemail or text messages they know how to take your money obviously struggle to return

Guy came out measured up paid £100 deposit was told it would b fitted 24th July then when noone turned up phone and got spun some story then was promised Monday 27th July no show again when I called them was told I was 2nd on the list then time was getting on called again was told wasn't on list would book me for sat and someone would call me back they never did now won't answer the phone so I can get my £100 deposit back disgusting treatment

We had Lee out last week to discuss our media wall, and today our wall was fitted — and we are absolutely over the moon with it! 😍

Everyone arrived on time and texted or called beforehand, which was really appreciated. The guy who fitted our wall worked his socks off and did an amazing job on both the wall and the unit. He took the time to talk me through how to use the fire and make sure I understood everything before he left.

The only thing I would mention — and this wasn’t an issue for us as I’m off work for the summer — is that the electrician texted me on Friday asking if he could come and do the work. This wasn’t expected, but luckily I was home anyway.

After reading some reviews on Trustpilot, I was a little nervous, but honestly, everything went to plan for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result.

I would definitely recommend Discounted Media Walls! 👌🏼

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Discount Media Wall and would not recommend them to anyone considering their services.

On the day scheduled for my installation, no one arrived, and I received absolutely no phone call or message to advise me that the work would not be going ahead. I had to make several attempts to contact the company before finally getting through to someone, only to be told that the joiner assigned to my job had called in sick. There was no prior warning, no courtesy update, and no effort to reach out to me to explain the situation or discuss rearrangements.

For a project costing around £2,000, I expected at the very least basic communication and professionalism. This complete lack of respect for my time and total absence of customer care fell far below any acceptable standard. I have since cancelled my order entirely and have taken my business elsewhere to a company that values its customers enough to keep them informed.

Do not touch this company, no communication, give you a date to fit wall, do not turn up, then rearrange anther date, try to phone day before to confirm, time and if they are actually coming, no one answers phone, and if you get the answer phone, message box is full, then when you do get someone, they wont give you a time for the date they say they will come, terrible customer service make you feel as if your inconveniencing them, when your spending best part of £2000, and when I mentioned i had been on here and read bad reviews I was told they had been put on by competitors trying to make them look bad,

I had some off my media wall installed on April 25 but unfortunately they "forgot" to bring the lights for the tower unit and said this would be done at a later date by an electrician whom they had phoned.
It is over two months since the fitting but I am still waiting after contacting colin 3 times and the main office twice.
I have waited this long to do the review hoping this would happen but I very much doubt it will ever be done.
Beware if paying before completion.
P.S and the TV SITS SQUINT

Had my media wall installed by Marik who was excellent and worked by himself to finish the job in one day including fitting two new sockets, all the panelling, backboard etc There was a slight delay in fitting the ladder unit but was completed to the same high standard. I had a few hiccups prior to the fitting but Naz the owner of the company gave me a discount for the trouble and explained there was issues with their computer system which has since been resolved. I would have given 5 stars had it not been the hiccups at the start. Overall this fitting was great value for a first class job done and I would certainly recommend the company to other buyers.
