*AVOID AT ALL COST*

Don’t turn up to arranged days or times and blank the phone. Absolutely shocking work from the joiners. Wall panels are all uneven, chips out of the panels which the joiners tried to cover over with black pen, fireplace is uneven, No straight cuts. This has now been 5 weeks and keep getting lied to and past from pillar to post got a mouth full off the receptionist then promised the world off NAZ the owner, they promises weren’t met and got a whole load more lies and told I have a media wall so what’s the problem and he’s too busy to be dealing with me.

Great experience with the team. Media wall was made up on the given date and time. The fitter was quite professional. Good value.

Contacted the company just over a week ago and today my media wall was fitted. Honestly can’t recommend this company enough from the designer to the fitters they were all lovely and what a job they done. The price was great aswell

Only giving any stars because they were efficient at showing up on day of fitting however came with missing part waited over a week for replacement only got that to be fitted with scratches and dents 5-6 weeks later still trying to resolve customer service is null and void after sales it would appear they are not interested

Wall looks good but they failed to complete the electrical parts that were specifically agreed on the contract.
It now seems that we have a dodgy electric socket in the house that looks dangerous!
Not good!! anyone know of a good electrician, please let me know!

Excellent job done, nothing was a problem for the 2 guys who worked away and all finished in super quick time, they even showed me a small piece of damage on the top board on fire, that I didnt even notice, and got a new one sent out and fixed on the same day, so pleased how smoothly everything went,and how clean and tidy they left the job, absolute pleasure doing business with this company and would highly recommend to anyone looking for this product.

This company is a joke brought wrong materials last week and left wires hanging ot my wall still haven’t got my media wall done there is no communication whatsoever supposed to come today and didn’t show you phone them if you’re lucky someone will answer the phone and telll you that there coming but a don’t think she even nose what’s going on so stay clear of this company they are a absolute joke

After contacting discount media walls it was arranged for Waheed to come and visit. During the consultation not once did I feel pressured by him for a sale which is quite rare these days from a salesman. I was shown samples and was given good advice from him when picking from quite a good range. We settled on a price which was considerably cheaper than other quotes I'd had. A 10% deposit seals the deal with the rest paid on completion and when I was totally happy. There was a problem on the day off fitting for which I have to say is my only negative part of my review because the girls at the office were not very helpful and at one point I detected a slight bit of attitude from them so I phoned Waheed the salesman who had the issue sorted straight away with the fitter coming out the very next day to fit the wall, he did an amazing job. The company even sent out Billy (another fitter) from Glasgow on a Sunday as I had a cable problem which was not the fault of Discount media walls. Billy also did a great job. The floating shelf which has a cupboard either side and a 65" fire just finishes is off and looks great and realistic. They fitted Govee LED striplights all around the back of the TV which looks great and you can match it with the range of colours you can have on the fire, although both can be switched off if desired when watching TV but I think it adds to the experience when watching a film. The cupboards hide any TV boxes and cables. I can honestly say overall it has been a decent experience and has totally transformed my living room. If trust pilot allowed it I would post pictures. 🤣

Please avoid. Colin came in to price the job took deposit. On a day that job ment to start i was waiting and no one turn up. I called and called, some guy turn up at my door and handed me a box woith LED lights.... I called again finnaly i have been told that joiner called sick and i will be put on a waiting list.... ask for a deposit money back several times.... still waiting. Please avoid

Been following the page for a while guy came out to measure up, booked me in love what they did guys where great even though my young dog was trying to help them thanks couldn’t recommend you enough

Dreadful!
Had me wait in all day for an appointment with their rep and nobody turned up.
I even messaged to double check they were coming first thing and then around 2pm and was assured they'd be there by 5pm latest.
No apology given . Never contacted me again.
Found it strange that they seem do do business via text messages rather than speaking to you. I suppose that tells you everything.

From start to finish the guys were great listened to what we wanted and delivered on what we asked for
The girl we spoke to Leslie was very professional and knew what she was taking about and answered all my question yes I had lots … great prices great work love our wall !

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the service from your media wall company. From start to finish, everything has been handled so professionally, and the quality of work really speaks for itself.

A special mention has to go to Leslie and Sharon in the admin team – they’ve been absolutely brilliant. So helpful, friendly, and always quick to respond, they made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they genuinely care about customers and take pride in what they do.

It’s the EXACT i mean EXACT same material used as every other media walls companies

It’s pretty sad that someone is that quite they have time bringing other people’s business down

Just had my Media Wall fitted and 💯 would recommend this company. From quotation to installing everything was so professional. The 2 guys that completed the install where so professional and tidy, left my living room spot less, they took time to explain how every thing worked before they left.

Would definitely recommend this company, standard of installation is seamless and everyone comments how good it looks.

Also company gave me a box of flowers as a thank you, such a lovely touch, cherry on top for me.

Thank you to the 2 guys who completed installation, credit to your company just sorry I forgot their names.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this experience might help others avoid a lot of unnecessary stress.

We had a sales rep visit which all sounded promising, I had already paid a deposit before reading reviews, which in hindsight was a mistake. After seeing the feedback, I contacted the company and was reassured everything would be fine, so I decided to proceed with caution even though their justifications for the bad reviews weren’t really adding up (blaming customers etc).

Little to my surprise, things quickly started going wrong. On the day of installation, the joiner called me asking if the electrician had been and whether materials had been delivered, neither had happened. He wasn’t properly briefed on the job and even had to ask me what I had ordered because the company hadn’t communicated it clearly. He also discovered that the panel colour I chose wasn’t in stock, despite the order being placed over two weeks earlier, and I was asked to choose an alternative. I told them I didn’t want to change the colour of the panels and shouldn’t have.

I was then told they wanted to proceed anyway and come back later to complete the missing panels. Given everything so far, I didn’t feel confident they would return to finish the job, so I chose to delay until everything was ready.

The following day, there was still no communication from the company. After chasing them myself and expressing my frustration, they finally arranged installation for the next day.

The only positive throughout this experience was the joiner. He was professional, helpful, and clearly doing his best despite poor organisation and lack of support from the company. He took real care to make sure I was happy with the end result, even when dealing with incorrect cabinet sizing, missing parts, and no electrician arranged.

Overall, the company itself felt disorganised, poorly managed, and primarily focused on money rather than customer satisfaction. The owner is not a nice person and is purely focussed on making himself rich. The materials also seemed low quality.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless you’re prepared for delays, poor communication, and unnecessary hassle. I feel that we were lucky with the external joiner we had been allocated, the lack of care and workmanship from the company is really off-putting, and it’s clear they have little regard for people’s hard-earned money. Although the price is more appealing than many other media wall companies, you are betted off spending your money somewhere with good ethic and general care for their customers.

Fantastic company from start to finish. I got a few quotes for a media wall and none compared to these guys. My media wall was fitted just before Christmas and installation was smooth, quick and was very professional.My wall looks amazing and would highly recommend this company.
