Great experience with Discount Media Walls from start to finish. The sales team were helpful and the installation was professional and tidy. The finished media wall looks amazing and has really transformed the room. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend them.

Had great service from start to finish. Any snagging was promptly and professionally resolved. The electrician travelled all the way from Motherwell to East Ayrshire just to sort one of our lights. Great service. Very competitive price too. Recommend.

Kept his promise, Saturday morning, contracted joiners turn up 9 am,no materials had arrived, eventually wrong size of fire, wrong wall panels, by this time it's lunchtime, naz was shouting and balling over the phone joiners said it's too late because it's an all day job , naz promised us the earth and gave us nothing like it, told him to forget it

Paid the deposit and that’s where it all went downhill. Install day came… nobody turned up, no call, nothing. Seen the reviews after and realised I’m no the only one. Absolute joke, avoid.

Love my media from these guys .Waheed came out to measure & was done & completed a week later by Dom & Elias .Waheed was very helpful in things I was unsure of .I must add Waheed is such a positive &respectful person .would highly recommend these guys

Deposit paid then install day didn’t turn up which had read the reviews. Avoid at all costs.

Stay away from this company I wasn't happy with my design so I asked if I could change it naz was ment to come out and discuss a new design but did not keep his appointment I phoned them the next day they were ment to get back to me but didn't so I cancelled they are over priced I would advise you to shop about and don't part with any money till you are 100 percent happy with your design

I wish there was an option to select zero stars. As many others have experienced recently it seems, all was great until I paid the deposit and then our fitting date came and went with no news from the company. I then got a call that night from the owner Naz who apologised and said he would offer me a discount and would call within a few hours with a new date. I’m still waiting and have requested my deposit back and not surprisingly, I’ve heard nothing back. Weirdly enough, 30 minutes after talking to Naz, I got a call out the blue from someone at Media Walls Scotland asking if we were still looking to get a media wall done and that they could review the original offer they gave us last year. Would be a very big coincidence if not linked, I don’t trust anyone now.

Ordered wet wall panels for delivery. Poor experience, we agreed a delivery date then no communication at all, had to chase for updates several times. Would not reccomend.
The only good thing was they did refund me in the end.

I got a phone call on a Saturday night to say if I wanted someone to come out for a quote guy came out on Sunday measured wall said it would be done today 28 th Feb my stuff would get delivedthe day before I paid 150 deposit so I waited in yesterday no delivery I phoned a few numbers then I mannered to tak to a guy who asked my details I will phone you back in 5 mins over an hour later a lassie phoned me to say the joiner had hurt himself and could they do it on Monday so I phoned my husband and we decided to cancel as I couldn’t go the stress of being let down on the Monday I phoned back and spoke to the lassie and said I wish to cancel the job and she said that’s fine so never again lesson learn

Highly recommended very professional service

I strongly advise avoiding this company and using a more reputable, professional installer instead. The prices are outrageously high for extremely poor-quality workmanship. Even basic components required to complete the media wall were missing, leaving the job unfinished.

Aftercare is nonexistent. Once payment is made, you are ignored, and if you request repairs or fixes, you are met with rudeness and abuse rather than support. It took several months just to get the lights installed, and within a month they stopped working completely.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. Save yourself the stress, time, and money and choose another company. Be aware that if you leave an honest negative review, you may be blocked and verbally abused instead of receiving a resolution.

We had an amazing experience with Naz .. all work completed on time ..no mess at all ..all rubbish taken away ..and absolutely over the moon with our Media Wall ..would 100% recommend this company for anyone looking for a professional job from start to finish 😊

Highly unprofessional company. Missed appointments, no communication, work not completed despite payment. After leaving a negative review, the customer was blocked on social media.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. They were highly unprofessional, repeatedly failed to attend scheduled appointments, ignored calls and messages, and despite payment, the work has still not been completed. This clearly shows a lack of respect for the customer and their time.

Avoid this company at all costs.

We ordered from the website and had a call from them fairly quickly to say we have this in stock, do you want this instead? The warning bells should have rang when they said they will email after the call with colours to choose from. This email has never arrived, but I have emailed them on numerous occasions to give my options but after many weeks of trying, I've given up.

Over a month on there has been no sign of the package being processed despite us repeatedly asking, no formal communication, no responses to emails, and no reply to text messages either. When I had managed to get them on the phone, there were promises of next week, next week, but nothing happens.

We've had no choice but to go via Credit Card company to recover our money as despite many requests to get our money back, no refund has been issued.

Avoid this company, they cannot be trusted.

Failed to turn up to 3 home design appointments with very little communication - time my partner and I had taken off work each time for them not to show. Then claimed they were busy as the reason for not showing - why make the appointments then? They then had the cheek to block me on their social media platform for commenting that they were unreliable. Hardly false feedback when they failed to turn up 3 times.

Ended up going with Bluechip feature walls in Paisley who were excellent.
